I hadn't heard anything for a few days after my order so I was a bit concerned about its progress. I phoned Ackerman up and had a very helpful chat with one of the team - she had just set the instrument up and it was being sent. It arrived within a day or two and is fine so far. Looking forward to making use of the instrument!
