“Great quality pitchpipe which I ordered with express delivery, because I needed it urgently for an event. The couriers sent an email claiming it would be delivered 2 days later, so I phoned Ackerman Music to clarify. The guy I spoke to was understanding, and although not able to clarify if I would get it in time, he reassured me that if I didn't, then I could follow-up with them. It was delivered the next day, as originally promised on the order. My only issue is with the courriers for misinformation”
