“Excellent service. I inadvertently bought the incorrect clarinet reeds. I returned them unopened and received an immediate refund. How many companies do that? And the correct reeds within two days.”

“First time I've used Ackerman Music and not my usual go to supplier. However, past reviews plus cost of product in comparison to other suppliers persuaded me to try Ackerman out and I was not disappointed. Very quick delivery, well packaged and exactly what I'd asked for on first time of asking. In addition there was no extortionate delivery charge unlike other suppliers. Will definitely search Ackerman Music for future requirements, as I was well pleased with their service. Thank you.”

“I like using Ackerman Music, they have a large choice of sheet music for all types of instrument,and if you can't find what you are looking for,they will spend time checking to see if it can be ordered 9 times out of 10 they can. Staff are very pleasant and more than happy to help you out. If you do order a music book they will ring you to let you know it has arrived, and if you would like them to post it or come into shop. I would highly recommend this shop for all your musical needs.”
