“Purchased hoop earrings and talisman bracelet on a great 2 for 1 offer (in my opinion they aren’t worth full price) and was happy with the prompt delivery. Earrings were great but unfortunately the bracelet was not as expected. The advertised talisman bracelet has the wrong photos on the website and instead of a friendship fastening has a clasp fastening. I contacted customer service who were very quick to respond and they explained that the bracelet received was correct and they were working with the website providers to get the correct photos uploaded and I could get a refund or credit note. I do like the bracelet so kept it however am disappointed that what I as ordered as advertised didn’t arrive. The pictures still haven’t been changed almost a week later which doesn’t seem a big task or they could add a note to the item stating the difference so customers are aware. So I would say be careful in case the product you receive isn’t quite what you ordered. It has made me dubious about ordering anything further from Abbott and Lyon I am afraid.”

“Having ordered a bracelet and it was too big AL customer service was 100% perfect in supporting the return and reordering of smaller size. Unfortunately after wearing it for the first time the finish of it being quite rough it pulled a few stitches on an outfit so I am now going to be very cautious about wearing it again!”

“Bought a ring it had a small fault in it Abbot Lyon answered my email in a matter of an hour , organised a return slip and I posted it back Friday and by Monday the replacement arrived Great customer service I have bought different items from them love the quality and I’m sure I’ll be buying more in the future Thanks. “The jewellery is lovely quality and really good quality, it is only the delivery I have a problem with. I have still not received the second part of my order . I wish Abbot Lyon would not use EVRI for delivery. They never ever deliver to my home and I have to go to a parcel shop to collect which is not a very welcoming place. This is even more of a problem because I am shortly going to have an operation and I will not be able to drive for 6 weeks. Please take note as all other home delivery drivers deliver to my address without any issues.”

“I was happy with the necklace. Looks very nice. I was not happy with the fact there was no indication I would have to pay a fee to their shipping company for half the cost of the necklace to clear customs. Made the total cost very unreasonable.”

“The earrings are lovely but for some reason I am struggling to insert them in my ears? The post is hook shaped and they just will not push through. I will give them to my daughter instead. No qualms using this company though. The merchandise is lovely and I will buy again but only straight posts no hoops.”
