Unfortunately the ring I ordered looked to have a nice marbled green stone online. However when I received it, it was more of a bright blue that looked less nice. I've had other nice orders from Abbott Lyon, which is why I gave a 3 star rating.

I purchased a birthstone pendant necklace as a Birthday gift, I had selected gift wrapping on the purchase. The parcel arrived within a couple of days and tracking was great, however on opening i found the box wrapped and sealed with stickers alongside a gift bag i had purchased. All looked fine and i was sending on to the recipient, so i packaged up and sent. On receipt and opening, the necklace was inside but the initial and birtstone pendants i puchased alongsode were not. On going to the original packaging (now in my recycling) underneath a piece of branded paper that was in part glued to the base of the box was 2 small flat envelopes with the pendants enclosed. I bought the necklace as one and on gift wrapping had anticipated that the necklace would be presented and wrapped as one or at the very least a note on the email confirmation to confirm that parts may be packaged separately at whoch point I would have known i had to re wrap. Now i have had to ship at an additional cost the other half of the present, which obviously doesnt feel that special for the recipient. This has sadly taken away from the whole purchase and efficienct delivery, leaving me feeling a little disappointed.

I ordered the crystal heart bangle which arrived within 3 days and was beautiful. Unfortunately the bangle was too small and I had to return it the following day. I followed all the return instructions and took it to an Evri drop off point as instructed. 6 days later I have not heard whether my return has been received or processed. I was really hoping to exchange this for the bigger size but have not heard anything despite emailing Abbott Lyon about the return. Fingers crossed I will hear back soon.

Good quality metal however name ‘Louise’ doesn’t look like this which is disappointing people can’t tell what it says

Chain a lot finer than I thought so is the heart bracelet so am disappointed with purchase. Not easy to return as no return slip in box. Ordered wrong size s/m in bangle and only suitable for a child so not happy at all. Won’t be ordering again. You should be able to speak to someone rather than online chat.

The jewelry was perfect but the delivery took a month from payment and it only arrived on Christmas eve, too late for me to send it to my granddaughter 😭

Ordered Dec 2nd in plenty of time for Xmas, but didn’t receive it till after Xmas, it was a present for my daughter, so was disappointed, however the bracelet is lovely.

Necklace was lovely. Disappointed that it came in a place bag inside a cardboard box. For the amount of money I paid for the necklace I would have expected a proper necklace box!

Delighted with jewellery something went wrong at checkout and ordered too many gift bags and paid £22 extra, advised next day order would need to be cancelled however not possible as engraving on one item and company policy NOT too refund bags. This is very disappointing not to be able to amend or refund for such an obvious mistake with bags, for an otherwise good service.
