“I bought 2 bracelets has gifts, they were beautiful, unfortunately I thought they were a little to delicate. I went through the returns process, I had a few issues with the portal, there was a error message . The service and communication that I received to sort the problem, was excellent, top notch customer service. Thank you Abbott Lyon. I maybe returning my purchase, I will most definitely be shopping with you again. Many thanks for supporting me with my return.”

“Ordered from Abbott Lyon on Oct 6 and it’s Nov 16 with NOTHING delivered. Their “12–15 day” promise is a joke and false advertising. Customer service is useless—multiple emails and no one can tell me where my order even is, I have never spoken to a person about my order, always a robot. Worst experience ever. Never again. 👎 #AbbottLyon #DoBetter”
