“Review: Disappointed & Frustrated 😡 I was offered a collaboration with Abbot Lyon, where I could choose an item worth $150. I selected a watch, and everything seemed fine — until UPS contacted me asking for $122 in customs fees! That’s almost the same price as the product itself. No one from the brand mentioned anything about paying extra fees, and now I’m being asked to cover that cost myself. This is completely unfair and unprofessional. Influencers and customers should be warned — they don’t mention hidden costs and leave you to deal with unexpected charges. I definitely don’t recommend working with them or ordering unless you’re ready to pay almost double the price.”

I completely understand how this is frustrating! At the time of ordering, we ask our customers to tick a mandatory box that explains the customs charges but I understand how this could have been missed! We are looking into this for you and will be in touch and are looking into this with the team to see how we can ensure that these fees are as clear as possible.

“Beautiful lasting jewellery! I've got a little collection of Abbott Lyon pieces and they are such amazing quality! I've had my Stacey Solomon heart necklace, earrings and ring in silver since they first came out they are my everyday jewellery and hardly get taken off but still look absolutely amazing! Unlike jewellery from elsewhere they have never tarnished and I've never lost a gem! I have a nickle allergy and am very sensitive to anything that's not sterling silver, most jewellery despite claiming to be hypoallergenic will cause swelling and blisters but I can honestly say that I've never had any kind of reaction from anything from Abbott Lyon. I highly recommend Abbott Lyon and there is always something from here on my birthday and Christmas wish list!”
