“Lovely locket necklace however I wanted January birth stone which I believe should be red. Customer service initially tried to tell me it was a lighting issue. However the stone was diamond and not a slight shade of red therefore they did helpfully send me a voucher to reorder but was informed if unhappy again I can not return this time. I sent back the original and received the replacement which again was the same stone a diamond colour and not red at all.”
