“My daughter snapped her bracelet and was really upset. I contacted Abbott Lyon and they asked me to send photos which I did. They then gave me a credit note to replace the bracelet which we did. Very good service and very quick too! I willd efinitely purchase again”

“Ordered a personalised necklace for my mum for Christmas. The item hasn’t arrived. Multiple emails chasing to be told it would be here before Christmas twice then on the 23rd radio silent! Then told after Christmas it was late due to DPD however the item wasn’t even ready. I’ve requested and received a refund and the sheer audacity of it I’ve been told I can keep and enjoy the necklace no need to return—- haven’t even got it! Awful company and reading other online reviews now believe to be a scam. Very disappointed as the necklace was a sentimental piece after losing my nanna earlier this year.”
