“I absolutely love my Abbott Lyon Arabic rhinestone necklace. It’s such a beautiful, meaningful piece and the rhinestones add the perfect amount of sparkle without being over the top. The quality feels amazing, it sits perfectly on the neck, and I’ve had so many compliments every time I wear it. It’s elegant, personal, and perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions.”

“I placed an order in November for a personalised necklace for my daughter for Christmas. on opening the necklace had a defect to one of the letters. I emailed as it was well over the 30 days of purchase. I had a very quick response, advising me that I would be sent a full refund or credit note, what ever best suited me. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service and the product I have received is beautiful. I would thoroughly recommend”

“Really unimpressed to say the least. Despite a positive start, an email telling me my bespoke piece was being crafted by hand, bla, bla, bla. Still nothing no email as to the ware about’s of my piece promised by 2 January ordered on the 8th December. Now asking me how I’m getting on with my purchase. Another company in which the left hand and right hand don’t communicate. Not to mention a second gift guaranteed to be delivered by the 23rd of December, paid for, money taken and then emailed on the 21st to say a computer glitch meant there was no stock. Perhaps a TV commercial is a bit too much for this company to handle. Let’s see when I get my piece if it lives up to all the promises, that so far have all been broken”
