“The jewellery is lovely to look at, but not long lasting and they don't wish to uphold their "happiness" guarantee. The jewellery failed before my guarantee expired but they aren't upholding it. I have responded but received no reply. I am disappointed as the jewellery isn't cheap. I have tried to upload a photo of the failed jewellery but the site keeps telling me there's an error.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m really pleased with my Abbott Lyon earrings and bracelet. The quality is excellent, they feel well made, and they look even better in person than online. Delivery was quick and everything arrived beautifully packaged. I’d definitely recommend Abbott Lyon and will be purchasing again.”

“Unfortunately I’ve not received my ring sizer yet Evri said it was out for delivery on Wed 13:30-14:30 then changed too 18-21pm on the same day then said it would be 3 days later as it was new year at 15:00 they delivered 2 other parcels but still not your parcel 🥺 I was impressed it was sent out as soon as ordered then Evri has let you down !!!!”

“Beautiful jewellery. Delivery 1st class. The reason why only 3 stars. Customer service not brilliant. Ordered the incorrect earrings, couldnt speak with anyone to cancel order and re order correct ones. Was told by an E.Bot that couldnt cancel order (this was within a few minutes of ordering). Had to wait for order to be delivered then return at my expense. Such a shame not better customer service. This was 3rd time I had used company too.”
