“Such a beautiful watch ! But I’ve had to send it back due to the size of the strap . I did take all the links out possib but it was still too large. And getting the links out is hard due to being double pinned. It does have an extremely large strap so if you have all wrists don’t waste your time. Gutted as it was a lovely watch”

“The item was a little larger than it looks on the website personally wouldn’t wear it on a bracelet but quite nice on a chain - not really suitable to wear with other pendants as it overpowers them”

“For the price I thought that the products would come packaged better. There is an option to add personalised packaging but thought it would atleast come in a decent necklace/bracelet box. No one wants to give a gift in a cardboard sleeve that looks like it’s from Claire’s accessories. I think the products would look much better and higher quality if packaged nicely. Maybe I’m being fussy, but gifting a £100 necklace you better believe I want that in a nice box!! Also purchased an initial birthstone set, and it all comes separate - again for the price you don’t expect to have to make it look pretty before you gift it either!”

“I ordered two customised rings last month. When I received them I couldn't believe how horrible the quality was. The colour on one of the rings was bleeding through and they generally looked really poorly made. I sent an email to customer service along with pictures and within one hour they got back to me with an apology and a replacement. While I don't understand how these customised rings passed the quality control, I also appreciate mistakes do happen and the customer service was really good. Obviously it took double the waiting time, (which is why I took one star off the rating) and if I needed them for a special occasion it would be very disappointing. I received the replacement rings last week and unlike the first time, I've got to say they're very pretty and luxurious. Their quick reaction kept me as a customer and I will definitely order again. Hopefully next time they'll get it right the first time and I can give them 5 stars.”
