“Would highly recommended there customer service is unmatched has an issue with a necklace I’d had for almost a year I emailed a photo and order number as it was still in warranty and they credited me straight away to buy a replacement all sorted in less than 24hrs. “Purchased an initial and birth stone bracelet for my sisters 30th and also purchased for it to be gift wrapped. Came in sufficient time and wrapped lovely. Unfortunately as I could not look at it before giving it to my sister I did not realise the birth stone wasn’t on the bracelet. But after emailing and a quick response the charm was sent out and received the next day. Outstanding customer service and jewellery was beautiful! Highly recommended!”
