“I ordered necklace and a bracelet first, however unfortunately the bracelet broke after about 3 weeks. I emailed the customer services team who were very quick to respond and confirmed without hesitation that I could either get a replacement or a refund. I chose to get replacement and the team confirmed the item would be posted out. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and I have since purchased more items for my family. Great customer service and the jewellery is beautiful 💕”

I also had the opportunity of purchasing a heart bracelet for £15 which was a special price which I did. The earrings are so lovely and such a lovely keepsake.
