“I first of all bought a pearl bracelet with a gold K on it which I loved but unfortunately it broke after a few days. Your customer service was exemplary and it was dealt with swiftly and sensitively. I ordered a gold neckless with a k and a heart pendant as a replacement. It came within days or me ordering this and I could not have been happier. I love the piece so much it is beautiful and I get lots of lovely comments too. It is the perfect length too which I always struggle to find. Will definitely buy from Abbot Lyon again Thank you”

“Beautiful jewellery, the attention to detail from first opening the delivery box, was a lovely surprise, I knew if it was packaged so carefully the actual piece of jewellery would be perfect and I wasn’t disappointed. It’s exactly what I was looking for and looks far more expensive than it was. The customer service is unique getting emails thanking you for your custom is special.
