“Genuinely Abbott Lyon has got to be the best customer service I have ever known, everyone is so kind, lovely and super helpful, any issue gets resolved instantly, I couldn’t fault them at all, the jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and the packaging is super fancy, I never throw any boxes out! I don’t want to bad mouth a company so I won’t say names but I hebe jewellery from another popular brand that has badly turned pink/green within a month of purchase, I love Abbott Lyon jewellery.”

“Sadly the pearl clover fell out of the ring setting. However I cannot fault the great response. After contacting the company I had a reply within 90 minutes (and on a Sunday) with a sincere apology. After providing photos the situation was resolved within 4 hours. This is an amazing high level of customer service. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again.”
