Upon arrival of the piece, I was so pleased with the beautiful packaging and speed of delivery. The necklace itself is beautifully made, and I have received so many compliments. “I decided to treat myself after the birth of my son and ordered an ‘F’ initial necklace. Unfortunately, the first one never arrived, but the customer service team was fantastic and quickly arranged to send me a replacement. I absolutely love the necklace! The only downside is that the chain sometimes catches on the letter and gets a bit tangled, which can be annoying - but when it sits properly, it looks absolutely gorgeous.”
