“I orderd the heart ring for my daughters birthday (which arrived quickly) unfortunately the ring was too small, I reached out to Abbot Lyon to ask about an exchange and they responded on the weekend offering how they could help. They also followed up with another email asking if i needed any more help. The customer service was really quick in responding and personal. I will definitely be shopping at Abbott Lyon again, and the heart ring was beautiful 😍.”
