“Contacted Abbott & Lyon about an issue via email over 9 days ago & never received a response despite sending three emails. Evri were supposed to deliver my parcel 13/02/26 still not received it. Poor customer care, unable to speak with anyone direct which is frustrating. Recent purchase was a birthday present for my friend but unfortunately they did not receive it on time.”

“The service was amazing. I ordered a personalised necklace for my Mum’s 80th Birthday. The delivery date was March and I emailed them to explain she was having a surprise party and was there anyway we could receive it by the 14th February. It arrived the day before beautifully packaged. Mum was thrilled with the necklace and I was so grateful to the company. Thank you so much! Amazing service and quality of product!”
