“Excellent service. When waiting for a personalised item I received frequent updates on what stage the making of the necklace was on which I found great. Non personalised items have super fast delivery and are always perfect and beautifully packaged. Can’t fault Abbott Lyon.”

“Customer service was good as far as getting it shipped. But I only got to wear it for less than 24 hours. It broke. The little circular bit that connect the link so you can clasp it together broke off. I’m so sad I waited over 3 months for the necklace and it wasn’t cheap.”

“I had to send back my first purchase due to a quality issue, couldn’t get a refund but got a credit and sent back the first locket. I had used blue light discount on my previous purchase which was taken off the refund amount. When I placed my new order I couldn’t use blue light so I had to pay more and pay for postage twice. Not only that the quality of the items for the money I paid is rubbish. I’m so disappointed as this is a special present for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I wouldn’t have re purchased if I had of been able to get a refund. I won’t be using Abbott Lyon again.”

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to use the blue light discount on your replacement order and having to pay postage twice.
