“Absolutely love all the products I’ve bought for myself and for gifts. Recently an item was faulty. Contacted Abbott Lyon about the issue . Replied almost immediately and new item was with me within in the week!!! Absolutely fantastic customer service! Cannot recommend Abbott Lyon enough!”

“Not impressed at all. Placed an order and was incorrect, received replacement order also incorrect. Bracelet should be 9 inches in length, both received was 7.5 inches. Given up and gone elsewhere and received refund. Won’t order from here again.”
