They responded quickly and sorted everything out for me with ease. The bracelet arrived beautifully packaged and was absolutely gorgeous. “Ordered bracelets on the 30th November which were meant as a birthday / Christmas gifts and they didn’t arrive til the first week of January. Very poor communication and responses from Abbott Lyon. This was my first and it will be my only purchase from them. Bracelets were lovely but not worth the anxiety, stress and disappointment with the late delivery.”
