“I couldn’t be happier with my personalised necklace. The attention to detail is incredible, you can really tell it was made with care. The engraving came out perfectly and adds such a special touch. It arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and exceeded all my expectations. I’ve already had so many compliments on it! I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!”

“I recently purchased two crystal heart bracelets for myself and my daughter. They were both absolutely beautiful and we were so delighted with them. However, my bracelet came undone the first time I wore it and I just assumed that I didn’t fastened it properly and so didn’t raise it with AL at the time. Unfortunately, the same thing happened when I wore it again and, without realising, I lost it. I now regret not reporting what seems to have been a faulty clasp. My daughter’s bracelet has been perfect, but sadly I no longer have mine :-/ For anyone considering buying this bracelet, what are you waiting for?! … Just check the clasp mechanism works before venturing outside with it on!”
