My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet and my birth stone charm.So happy with the purchase.Also came in a beautiful box.Thants twice my husband has bought from this company would recommend them jewellery is beautiful.Makes a big difference having the jewellery in a beautiful box aswell.Also have read some of the reviews about the jewellery been sent in a envelope.If your paying a lot of money I would expect to see jewellery in a box not in a envelope.Maybe I was just lucky mine came in a box twice don’t think I would be happy.if it didn’t.Shame for some of the customers that got there jewellery in a envelope

I have bought twice from Abbott and Lyon and both times my order has been delayed. Everytime both promised a certain delivery spot which was paid for extra. I ordered the 2nd time giving it another go for a Mother’s Day gift guaranteed delivery before the day and it still hasn’t been delivered. There seems to be issues with Evri both times. I had to go out and buy more Mother’s Day gift leaving me out of pocket and frustrated. The jewellery is gorgeous but the delivery is shocking so I can’t rely on them to order again

I was kept informed of each stage of the order process and although it took a while to be delivered, I knew exactly where it was in the production process, and understood the time period as both items were personalised. I took advantage of the 2for1 offer which was great - I’m not sure I would have paid full price for the items as they’re not sterling silver. The metal wasn’t as bright as my silver jewellery so looks dull when worn with my silver pieces. I ordered the locket but it is almost impossible to open! I ended up having to use tweezers to open it but I was really scared of scratching the metal. Not ideal as the photos inside are beautiful but I can’t really show anyone.

Ordered a bracelet for a gift and was very disappointed that it arrived in a paper envelope only. Their website states " All products arrive in luxury sustainable packaging as standard" Therefore I expected a standard gift box. I hardly call a paper envelope luxury. The description is misleading on the website and should be changed. I spoke to customer service who were unhelpful. Unfortunately this is the first and last time shopping with this company.

Do not buy from this company- bought a Mothers day gift a week ago. Waited for the dispatch notice. Emailed 3 times. Finally a week later they reply to my email saying it is not in stock- despite me having paid for it and the gift wrap- now I have no Mother’s Day present and no time to replace it as my mum lives in Ireland and I am in Scotland- terrible service- steer clear- I don’t know when they were planning on telling me if I had not emailed- took my money though!!! Small company that has bitten off more than they can chew !

My signature necklace has been exchanged from rose gold which I I was disappointed with, to gold . Abbot Lyon did not after to exchange, but after a few email,s. Very kindly swapped it for me.. I have just recived my new gold one and love it. A BiG THANKYOU A GAIN kind regards Mrs Heather hambleto

I have just received my bracelet, it is beautiful and extremely good quality, I ordered it two days ago, the price was very reasonable, the box it came in is lovely and the delivery box was sturdy. I will certainly be using Abbott Lyon again.

I ordered some bracelets just before Christmas and was aware they wouldn’t turn up before Christmas. They arrived 2 days before and meant I could surprise my other half on Christmas Day! Great service and turn around!

Item looks abit cheap took ages to get here and then they didn’t send the gift wrapping out and claimed I never ordered it even tho adding the gift wrap was the thing that made me order over the threshold to get a free gift! The free gift bracelets are sooo small and rubbish btw Customer service was poor and very gaslighting in their responses. I wouldn’t order again looks cheap and tacky ruined my nieces birthday present and it’s not like this place is cheap either!

False advertising from you At the top of your website you offered a 25% off todays order Code number US132791. During check out I entered that code but when I got my summary page I did not get the 25% discount. I will never order from you again. From reading some of the reviews on this site it seems like you are a hit and miss seller. I’m not the only unhappy customer. It seems that it’s doubtful that I’ll even receive this order. I’m a USA customer.

I ordered two bracelets & 4days later I received an email from Evri to say they had delivery of my parcel, then next day they sent my tracking details saying it would arrive at 2.30pm (Monday) but an hour later they messaged again to say there was a delay which would take 48hrs!!! After hearing no more I emailed Abbot Lyon to explain but they were already aware of the problem telling me that the packaging had been damaged but it would still be delivered within 48hrs but again after hearing no more I phoned Evris recorded line & was told to contact Abbot Lyon for either a replacement or a refund. I then contacted Abbot Lyon on their chat service who were very apologetic & said they would sent out a replacement to me which I was delighted with until anther message came through on the live chat saying this would be done in 48hrs once their investigation with Evri was finalised!!! I asked how many 48hrs did they require & in fairness it must be standard practice as the girl told me it would be sent out first class as soon as they could do so & I received an email last nite to say it had been picked out & was ready for despatch, then this morning I got another email at 09.02am saying that my order has been despatched so this has been a very good service from Abbot Lyon after no info whatsoever to help from Evri who make it almost impossible to contact them for info or help which makes it very frustrating as this entire situation has been caused by themselves & Abbot Lyon deserve very good feedback for the speed that they sent out a replacement order before they got the damaged one back from Evri…..although it is my guess that Evri delivered it to a wrong address instead of it being damaged in transit but as I said, Abbot Lyon definitely deserve credit for dealing with this problem so quickly, thank you.
