My car was collected within 48 hours with the documentation handled at their end. Great customer service from the driver and the money was in my account half an hour after the car was gone. “Really good company to deal with! They responded promptly to my initial equiry, offered me a good price for my car and collected it in 2 working days. The guy collecting it was very helpful and a genuinely nice bloke. Then within a couple of hours I had the money in my bank account and a "certificate of distruction" by email. I would definitely reccommend Abbey, I looked around and in my opionion, you won't do better.”
