“Everything they said they would do they did, I had phoned many national scrap companies and each said “give me 10 minutes and I will phone you back”, never did. Abbey are a local company who should be proud of what they do. The driver who collected was very professional and polite. Well done Abbey scrap cars. 10/10”

My only quibble is that, if you'd told me that you were sendung such a big truck, I could have guided you round the traffic restrictions in the village, and thus saved the driver some time and anxiety. Other than that, a job well done. By the way, the (optional) questions below don't really seem appropriate to the service in question...”

I received a phone call an hour before arrival to say they were on their way. Car jump started and put on the back of the lorry with ease. Emails relating to vehicle being scrapped and confirming DVLA had been informed came through within minutes. Great Service. Thank you.”
