“I thought great and easy to use to start with. Had car booked in and agreed for a date and a time. Had confirmed on phone and email so would expect them to turn up to collect, they tried to call and as phone went to answer phone they have cancelled collection. If you need confirmation for a third time potentially tell people so they can expect a call or do it the night before not on the time you are suppose to arrive.”

“The car pick up was on time. But the car fell from the towing truck and broke a bollard light in the parking lot. I am hoping for it to be sorted out by the company with my building management.”
