“I initially sent a request on the company website. I had a call back within five minutes to arrange pick-up at a mutually convenient time. Ricky arrived on the day, despite my phone no picking up his calls, he preserved and came anyway. The car was gone from my drive in under ten minutes. Ricky was very polite, professional and took the time to let me know what information I would receive and when I would receive my payment. I was relieved to know that I didn't have to get in touch with the DVLA as that was all done for me with an email code sent to me as proof. Extremely happy with this company and with Ricky. No muss, no fuss. You won't regret using them.”

“I completed the form online, which was very easy to do. Within an hour I had a call from someone from Abbey regarding my vehicle with a time on when it would be collected. All communication was done politely and with understanding. Within minutes of the vehicle being collected I received two emails confirming this and that the dvla had been informed the vehicle had been scrapped. I checked my bank account and the money had been transferred in. I would highly recommend these guys for a flawless transaction. Well done guys”
