“What a very efficient and simple process to go through. Online quote followed by quick conversation, date and time confirmed. The collection man, Paul, rang 10 mins away and arrived, loaded the car and checked the paperwork and it was as simple as that. Just want to thank Paul for the empathy shown, he was very understanding after I initially warned him that it could be a “very emotional” experience (it was my Dad’s car from new, 20 years old etc), thanks Paul, empathy is a difficult emotion to get right, have a great weekend all.”

“Had our old vauxhall picked up this morning, easy to contact to sort out collection of the car. The gentleman that picked our car up was really friendly and explained that we wouldn't need to do anything they register it as scrap for us. The money was then in our account about 20 mins after it was picked up would highly recommend.”

“The driver was very polite and courteous and had my car loaded onto the lorry very guick and efficiently, seeing as my car had been standing for two years. He turned up in the alloted time period with a call from him when he was 15 minutes away. My email invoice, DVLA documentatuon and babk transfer were emailed to me within 20 minutes of car collection. Definately 5 Star award warranted.”
