“Contacted Abbey scrap cars via Google search, they gave the best price for my very old but extremely munched loved car. Had a phone call the next day, again really lovely lady answered all my questions, and date and time were agreed. Email arrived to confirm all my details. Day of collection, had a phone call from driver, he's was just around the corner and to confirm that I'm still okay to have my car taken away. He arrived, and such a nice young man, chatty, very informative and made the parting easy. Few photos later she was gone. Within a couple of hours, Dvla has all been sorted out and Abbey scrap cars have completed all legal paperwork and the agreed value placed into my account. No hassle what so ever, and great service. Thank you for making a really tough parting memorable in such a positive way”
