“Needed a car removed so called Abbey - very professional website quoted a good price for the car and explained how it works. They arranged to collect and turned up on time. Car was in a drive and would not start and there were other issues with moving it. No problem though. From time of arrival to time of depart around 10 minutes. They informed the DVLA and sent me conformation from DVLA that the car had been scrapped so I don't need to worry that it has not been or that I will be liable for anything more to do with it. They then transfered the exact amount they had quoted within half an hour of the car leaving me. The whole thing from start to finish could not have been better.”
