“Used online for quote and was pretty instant. Little lower than expected but fair. Arranged sale and received call to agree next day collection. Car collected a bit later than told but the driver did call to let me know. Friendly and informative driver told me exactly what I needed to know about what happens next. All delt with by them including informing dvla payment came within minutes of collection. Great service thank you”

“Abbey scrap cars collected my MOT failure this AM, from start to finish the whole scrapping expierience has been handled with complete professionalism by Abbey. As soon as I had accepted their quote (which was the highest of the 5 companies I contacted) Abbey sent me a confirming e mail stating date and time of agreed collection, this was re iterrated again later on in the day, and again the evening prior to collection. On the morning of collection I recieved a call from the driver vebally notifing me and giving an eta which was exactly within the original quoted timescale. The car was loaded and paperwork issued, shortly after I recieved confirmation of the BAC,s payment to my account. The whole transaction has been conducted efficiantly and with professionalism by Abbey, I reccomend them therefore without reservation. Sincere Thanks. Regards CWJ”
