“Faultless service: I submitted my car's details online this morning and was contacted by phone within 20 minutes to arrange a convenient time for collection. This was followed very quickly by confirmation emails. The driver arrived within the specified timescale this afternoon and was very pleasant & efficient. My invoice & DVLA letters were emailed within a couple of minutes of my car being loaded on the truck. All the staff involved were helpful & friendly. Thanks to all concerned.”
