May I suggest that because the customer goes through this process maybe once in a lifetime and all they have to go on for information is the Gov.UK website and the documents they hold, considering that the process is actually so different, that information from yourselves to the customer before the pickup is done about the process, would be very helpful for the customer. “Faultless service: I submitted my car's details online this morning and was contacted by phone within 20 minutes to arrange a convenient time for collection. This was followed very quickly by confirmation emails. The driver arrived within the specified timescale this afternoon and was very pleasant & efficient. My invoice & DVLA letters were emailed within a couple of minutes of my car being loaded on the truck. All the staff involved were helpful & friendly. Thanks to all concerned.”
