For the price paid, the material and quality are really disappointing. Honestly, no one would believe this was from Aab — the quality has really declined. I used to shop with them years ago and even bought outfits for special events, but this one was terrible. The stitching was very poor too.

Hijab itself is very nice quality. However the color is completely different from the picture. They dont show any other angles or lighting views of the hijab other than that one single picture. So its very difficult to buy online based off of just one single picture. And to make matters worse, exchange option is not available for USA, and the return cost $43, while the actual prodcut costs $66 which is very pricey for a single piece of hijab to begin with.

I’ve been a loyal customer of AAB Collections for the past six years because I always loved their fashion and quality. Unfortunately, in recent times, I’ve noticed a significant drop in the quality of their clothing. The materials feel cheap, and the craftsmanship just isn’t what it used to be. I’m truly disappointed, as I had high expectations based on previous experience. This decline is the reason I’ve given only one star.

I was excited to receive my order only to be terribly disappointed by your inconsistent sizing. Being aware by the fact that you are sending items from the UK, I made the effort to measure properly in order to receive items that would fit me properly. Needless to say, the dresses are gorgeous but the sizing is completely off. I was unable to button the the striped shirt dress across my chest. I measured the dress across the chest and it was SMALLER than the BODY measurements indicated in your size chart!! I also ordered the rose spray maxi dress in XL 58 and I was drowning in it, the length was supposed to be 58 but it looked unusually short and once I measured it and if was 56” in length from shoulder to hem. This is outrageous, you guys design beautiful dresses, if sizing differ in different style you must indicate that in your size charts. I am deeply disappointed in a high quality brand like Aab. I’ve been a loyal customer to your brand since 2009 when I lived in Sweden and never have I experienced such an inconsistency from you.

I'm not going to use the company to purchase anything again. I'm very disappointed by the customer service and the way my return was processed. It took almost a month to process the refund. I've had to call, email and no follow ups. Reaching the customer service was very difficult and I had to chase my refund through a third party Klarna as they were not reachable. The quality of clothes was very poor. That's the reason I had to return all my purchases. I don't have words to express my disappointment as I'm not happy that I've wasted my time and money.

Very disappointed!!!!!!!! This was definitely not worth the price!!! I’m a returning customer I was expecting quality, unfortunately had to return and pay shipping I can’t wear this!!!!!!!!! The size was off! I orders a large to have an oversized look, I usually wear medium. It was wide from the bottom and very tight around the chest!!! The material quality was very bad. I love velvet, but this one was very very light and collects all dirt around. Very disappointing. Still waiting for refund too it’s been 2 weeks now!

Ordered a satin kaftan for Eid but received the wrong item. Contacted their customer service over and over again but no answer, they finally responded after 2 days to my query. I have had to source Eid outfit from elsewhere. The quality of customer service is appalling and very poor. Your customer service should match the high end prices that you charge people.

My size Small dress is huge and to return it I have to pay $39. The price I paid for the dress also doesn’t match the quality. I also ordered an abaya and again feel like the price does not match the quality of the fabric. I was very disappointed with Aab.

The item is damaged, it has a hole in the back cuz of thread out. Looks like is being returned. It is an eid gift and I don’t have time to exchange or return it for refund

I want to support aab, but with their postage return cost you will end up loosing atleast £10 if you don’t like/didn’t fit.

I was sent out 3 garments which were the wrong colour totally. And 2 which looked co oletely different to the inages online. Told them that I'd need to send these back and I was informed that my returns postage would not be for free!
