“I returned one item, kaftan dress of a sort , as it was totally see thru and poor material. I kept the abaya.Material is very poor quality but I like the colour, that's why I kept it. I think prices are way too high for the quality. Return of the actual.money on the account takes ages.Ridicolous.Return process was easy but they do not refund the postage.So basically you pay double postage.on receiving and returning.”

“So disappointed with this company. I paid £420 on an order and I've been waiting for a refund. Why have a 14 day window for returns when the company take so long to fulfil the return anyway?”

“WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I had an issue with the items I recently purchased, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the kind thoughtful response to my comments. I really like the abb collection brand, and have ordered from this company several times over the years. I appreciate that their clothes are very comfortable, and modern, for us working Muslim women. “I have waited over a week for a refund & exchange, still nothing, just been told to wait 10 working days, thats very long for a refund or exchange, the service is pretty poor, getting a response from your customer care is so bad, its delayed & not helpful, no direct contact for yourselves, as a first time customer who spent over £322 its not be a great experience, constant chasing, even tik tok purchases are handled much more professionally.”

Our records show that our customer service team has responded promptly to every message you sent since 13/08/26 typically within one hour during business hours. We operate Monday to Friday until 3:00 PM and are closed on weekends, any delay in communication was solely due to inquiries made outside of these operating hours. Throughout your queries, we clearly advised you on how to process your return, detailed the associated costs, and sent an automated confirmation the moment your parcel arrived back with us on 18/08/2026. As clearly stated on our website and communicated to you directly via WhatsApp, returns and exchanges take up to 10 working days to process. Every returned garment must undergo a physical quality inspection by our warehouse staff before a refund or exchange can be authorised. Today (21/08/16) is only Day 4 of that standard 10-working-day processing window and your request is being handled within our established policy timeframe and you will receive your refund/exchange notification on or before 01/09/2026 (the 10th working day). We assure you that our customer care team has been both prompt and fully transparent throughout this process and we appreciate your patience while our warehouse team completes your return inspection. “I have been collecting Aab dresses for a few years now and I can confidently say you will not regret buying a dress from Aab. Lots of choices and sizes. Very unique dresses that you won’t find anywhere else, reasonably priced and absolutely modest. You don’t need to wear anything under or over or make any alterations. Colours and patterns are beautiful and the quality and finishing are Superb 👌 especially taking care of pockets in most dresses 🤩 What I love the most is not just choosing the size of dress, also you can choose the length which is very essential to us as my daughter is thin and tall and I find it really difficult to find a modest dress that cover her ankles and not too big. Abb covered that matter by giving us the options to choose the length. Thank you Aab for all the unique and beautiful dresses and keep the good work 👍💓”
