The jilbaab I ordered looked nothing like what was shown on the website. Very disappointed. Also had to return because I ordered the wrong size. I am still waiting for a refund has been 8 working days . Disappointed that in total I had to pay £9.00 in postage to receive and return the package. Outrageous amount!

The clothes came and were very different quality to what I saw online and I did not think they were worth £120. Also I took them to the store and wasn’t allowed to return, I posted them back and still not recieved my refund!!

This company delivered 4 items to me. I returned one of the items for a refund. The company claim they never received my return and therefore cannot refund. I read that they have a bad reputation for refunding customers.

I have made 3 orders from Aab, unfiortunately in one of my orders I was sent someones return instead of a new item. The item was what i ordered but it smelled very bad, didn't have the tissue paper and was not folded professionally. It smelled very bad of body odour as though someone had worn it. Unfortunately when I contacted Aab they refused to give any discount towards the item. They told me I had to post the item back at my own cost and they would decide. Unfortunately with something like odour a photo is not sufficient proof but as a valued customer some trust would have been appreciated. I was also told if they don't have that item in stock then I would get nothing, however I still wanted the dress I ordered. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. It is such a shame because I love the actual garments but think it's disgusting they would send a smelly return and think so low of customers that we wouldn't notice and on top don't believe us!

I received my item perfectly well but I returned it because it didn’t suit me, it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t manage to get round to doing the return process.

Our returns can take 14 working days form the date received however we always try to process all returns as quickly as possible. Due to the large volume of returns and less staff due to social distancing measures, there have unfortunately been some delays. We have looked into this and can see that this has now been processed. I ordered this thinking it will be comfy and easy to wear. However the one size is misleading. I am a size 10-12 with a curvy figure and this was figure hugging and inappropriate. Why don’t aab show clothes on real women of different shapes and sizes and why are all the models white? Also a bit of a rip off as I paid for delivery and return. And delivery took nearly two weeks and I had to chase them. Overall terrible experience.

You probably dont want me to write a review after the experience iv had. You accidentally sent me somone else's order, then i had to send it back. Its been so long i still dont have my order and i still havent been refunded for the postal charges. So to date this is the worst experience.

Customer service very much poor and rude, when told them what happen and issue me return label, they refused as not our fault, due to coronavirus 30 days return policy, when explain to her, she again refused, I lost postage as well my free coupons. never going to buy online, only shop visit.

Poor communication and customer service. No consideration of lockdown measures. I still don't have my parcel as the store is closed and they will not send it out in the post even though I said that I'd pay the additional charge.

I was totally disappointed with my order from Aab. They sent the wrong items out to me I was initially told I had to pay for the returns then after some debate agreed to waver the return postage I was told the item should be returned via the returns label in the bag which I did I then and dropped off to the address as I was out of the area I then received a call at 5pm to tell me that I had to put a different returns label and they would collect at 3.30pm next day. I had no way of printing out the label and then dropping it back to the delivery address. The whole shopping experience was quite upsetting as now I am left with items I don’t want!! So I would not shop with Aab again as the customer service is a zero. The prices are dear and to find out I have to keep items I don’t want. To think of being a regular customer and be treated in this way quite appalling. I have just received an email from aab to ask me to revise my review as they think my issue has been resolved. I’m sorry but my issue has not been resolved as stated previously that I’m stuck with something I didn’t want. So please don’t ask me to revise my review!

The fabric was not what I expected - it was thin and wrinkled. The front panels were not floor length, so U returned the item
