My order number is UK58108 I returned one item but Klarna have not been notified and payment is being taken today. I am not sure who to contact in order to rectify this so that the payments can be adjusted. Please can someone look into this. Many thanks Anuf Ajaib

I had previously ordered the light grey thick jumper which was brilliant the thickness of the jumper was fantastic, so I then ordered the same jumper in a charcoal grey but when it arrived to my disappointment the material, thickness was nothing like the 1st even though it’s being advertised as the same with at the same price tag, I won’t be making the same mistake by ordering the same items again it was misleading.

Sizing is a bit all over the place. Previously when returned orders not been given a refund. Had to chase this up on two occasions and was told they are very busy. The order each time was over £200. Not quite good enough. Then told to send proof of return to add to the insult. So basically if you cannot prove you have returned it - I'm not sure you would get your money back.

I do not understand why the abayas are so pricey yet the products themselves are very basic both in design and quality. As a first time customer, I was very disappointed!

I ordered a few hijabs in basic colours and unfortunately the colours were not anything close to the shade. I returned them nearly 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. No confirmation that they have received the items and the refunds tend to take ages too!

Some of the collection is really good. I ended up returning this it was not worth the price, looked a bit like something you would buy from a market stall. I think Aab need to rethink their pricing strategy.

I purchased the slip, unfortunately it didn't fit well. 8 tried to 0h9ne a few times, but it seems the calls, as I seem am experiencing with many organisations is that, there is a delay in voice, maybe due to system running at homes. I am not sure, however after a few attempts I was called back to try and return. I was also told 8 can't return it to any aab shop.. which makes it even more difficult. As one has to get to the post office on the times available. So I haven't returned it yet. I have been given something to download and then probably print.. Which all adds to the not smooth process of purchasing and returning. I also had a negative experience prior, when I made payment and found out later the item wasn't in stock. I was reimbursed. However it wasn't a great experience. Although I haven't purchased too many things.. but it hasn't overall been a pleasant one.

The collection is very nice however, customer service is lacking and needs to actually take every situation at its own merit. I am a new customer and recently bought 4 items of clothing…(XS as this is normally the size I wear), however, the sizes are very odd as they were all too tight in the wrong places. Thinking I could exchange these for the next size up, I returned the items. I paid delivery postage, return postage and was informed that they do not exchange anymore and I would need to reorder the sizes I needed and of course would have to pay postage yet again (under £100.00). As I am a new customer I thought they might have made an exception as I have no idea of sizing….. but nothing. Very disappointed with customer service as never come across this before. A genuine mistake with sizes should have been very easy to rectify…..I would definitely not be buying from Aab after this experience. I called Customer service, not the fastest at picking up as well as emailed.

I sent back those 4 dresses below with order number UK26185 ON the 4th of August to change sizes for 3 dresses and for refund for 1 and today is the 17th August i have not heard a word from you guys so am disappointed as i need those dresses for occasion soon and i dont know what to do. Please let me know what's happening ASAP

All though the whole collection is beautiful, I find it hard to understand that why there is sizing difference with xxl normal abayas to the maxi dresses. Totally confusing for plus size ladies. I was a very regular customer, but what has put me off recently is one the sizing issues on maxis, and also how u return an item and they will receive it next day, but they will not refund until they have had the item for 14 working days, now this tactic is done to put customer off for returning items! But TBH it is making me not want to buy anymore. We have big major retailers who will receive items and then refund few days later, but Asian companies always hate paying back to customer for returns.

I have been a long customer with yourselves. I still enjoy your modest cothing range but as feed back is important, I should point out to you that increasingly your fashion line is losing its modesty appeal. You will notice this if you yourself compare hour collection from 5 to 6 years ago to present day. Women wearing hijab posing in a provocative manner, wearing heels and leggings, branded as modesty seems like careful engineering to slowly remove the Islamic instruction in relation to women's dress code.

The maxi dress was nice but wasn’t what I ordered. Received the dress instead of the kimono. Apparently the staff at the shop probably selected the wrong item ☹️ Thereafter I couldn’t order the kimono they had run out.

I ordered two abayahs from Aab for Eid . Both the medium size Length 54. One came short in length and wasn’t flowing as in the picture. Then requested for an exchange, paid £7 for return and still waiting for the dress! Got an email saying they shipped it but DPD tracking service says they received a booking for a delivery but not the parcel!🤔 very disappointed with the service.

Size is not right, as advised got the bigger size but still tight, did not want to return as I need to pay the postage. Disappointed ☹️

Usually when I buy from Aab I’m very happy with my purchase however this time I am very disappointed, the colours are so different to what they look like online.
