Aab has an extremely poor customer service and the last order I placed had several issues. The prayer abaya had sizing issues and the front zip abaya had pilled all over with only a wear or two before even washing once. For the price point you would not expect such an inferior quality material. After raising a complaint all that was received was poor customer service saying because it had a been a long time, they couldn't do anything but a 10% refund, yet not even this has been processed. Extremely poor low quality good and service.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied with your recent experience, our communications records show that your original purchase was in May 2025 and with the Prayer Abaya you contacted us as soon as you received it and we resolved the issue by issuing you a free return and a refund for this item. For the Winter Warmers abaya that was also purchased in our Flash Sale, you contacted us over 6 months after the purchase and we can confirm that as a significant amount of time had elapsed from the original purchase date, we would not be able to provide a full refund and offered you a 10% refund as a gesture of goodwill which you accepted. the last order was all worng not the right fit. the man thoub was for a child not a man. the the abyas were longer in lenth and the material was right. the order before this one was perfect. when I ordered two more of the same abya. it was not the same. I was dissappointed.

I love the dress, the balloon sleeves make it such an elegant dress. On the pics shown it looks like a plain brown dress but I was surprised to see it came in a really nice brown on brown intricate print, however when ironing out the creases the print on the dress disappeared, I would have preferred the print to stay intact as it’s such a nice touch

Items I ordered arrived on time, size was as expected. However quality of one them was so cheap and not worth the amount paid. Completely see through material too! The other described as an “abaya” had slits not shown on the pics online! I returned items and had to pay for a return. It’s been 3 weeks since they revived items and I’m still waiting for a refund!

I was not happy with the orders placed this time. I have been buying from Aab regularly. Very disappointed to see the fabric quality gone down. It’s not worth paying so much when you get thin fabric and bad fit.

I used to love shopping at Aab until I had a few bad experiences with the customer service. I do think that they are overpriced and the quality does not match the price. I think as a modest fashion brand it should be affordable to everyone and not cost an arm and a leg to buy a basic abaya or hijab. The modal hijabs however are very soft and of a good size, and come in a range of colours but again they can tear very easily and are not priced reasonably.

For the first time I'm very disappointed in an item of clothing I purchased from Aab. Whilst the co-ordinate set is well designed and reasonable fabric the sizing is completely wrong. I ordered an XL (which according to the size guide would be 22/24) as I wanted loose outfits. The size was basically a 10/12. The waist alone was tiny. Other items I have purchased over the years have been L/ XL and all have been sized accurately.

The color sage in jersey doesn’t match what’s shown on the website at all….in fact all the Jersey hijabs are very different in terms of their color. The color resolution on their website recently has changed and you get a very different color.

The outfit was more fitted than described. I wanted to return it but the fact that I live in the US, It’ll cost $39 to send back. Just disappointed in the purchase experience.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from Aab Clothing. I bought two items with free delivery, but shortly after, I received an email stating that one item was sold out. This oversight resulted in me paying for postage and packaging (PP) for a single item, which I find unfair. When the green abaya arrived, I found the material too stiff and decided to return it. Your new return procedure cost me £4.95, whereas previously I could use 2nd class postage for around £2. This has caused me additional expense and inconvenience. I urge you to review your processes to avoid such issues in the future.

My order number is UK58108 I returned one item but Klarna have not been notified and payment is being taken today. I am not sure who to contact in order to rectify this so that the payments can be adjusted. Please can someone look into this. Many thanks Anuf Ajaib

I had previously ordered the light grey thick jumper which was brilliant the thickness of the jumper was fantastic, so I then ordered the same jumper in a charcoal grey but when it arrived to my disappointment the material, thickness was nothing like the 1st even though it’s being advertised as the same with at the same price tag, I won’t be making the same mistake by ordering the same items again it was misleading.
