Item was not a good fit , unfortunately had to return due to this , even though size guide recommenced the size purchased , the return process is slow and minimum communication. Had to chase for an update. No response to email sent , but refund was actioned after prompting. ( within the time frame ) however communication could be better. Overall ok.

Brautiful designs but sizes vary alot. Medium in one dress can be OK and in another it can be enormous. Even with the size guide, it's a hit or a miss.

I returned an item that was not what I expected to fit. I returned with the label minimum 2 weeks ago about the same time I receive products. I yet to get a response

Really like the products I received however I ordered two different sizes of each dress and returned the size that didn’t fit. However it is been a month and no sign of my refund, I emailed twice and no response? This isn’t great customer service and really really puts me off ordering again.

Abaya was significantly longer than the stated length. Sent back in exchange for a different item. 2.5 weeks after Aab received the return I had to chase them via Whatsapp to process as no answer by phone, no response to email. Within an hour they sent me an invoice for the cost of shipping the replacement. Replacement is fine (but expensive relative to fabric quality) although by the time I finally received it the trip I bought it for had been and gone. Meh. If you like their designs go for it. Be be aware that returns and exchanges are not their forte.

Images of the collection are beautiful. However I do feel the clothes do need to be on models who aren't always super slim.

I got the Behzad abaya. The embroidery design is beautiful. However, for the price of this item, I was very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. It was SUPER wrinkly, making it look cheap.

I love aab collection but struggling to get the right size. It’s a bit confusing, sometimes I have to get medium fit and sometimes small size is a bit bigger so I know my size is 12 but I can never get right. That’s the only issue I have other than the quality is very good.

Salaam. I find that Aab clothing varies. Especially in size & materials. Hence I find that on many occasions I have to return items if they are unsuitable for me. Money back into my account for return items takes a long time to come through. Please Aab can you rush this process through as I do not prefer calling or complaining - thank you.🙏

I’ve also found the clothes to loose the shine to them even after one wash, stitching comes on done and never quite understand who actually designs the clothing as it’s always tight around the bust area, frustrating is and understatement. Perhaps look into some more research on sizing of clothing but not everyone is the standard norm size as another individual. I’ve noticed the trousers are a large but then not very comfortable as they are too fitted from over the thigh area! Sort it out Aab

I'm still waiting for my refund to be processed 3 weeks later. I had to return all the dresses I ordered as they did not look the same as on the website- the colours were off. Especially when comparing with the videos- the lighting used in the videos change how the colours appear dramatically. It's a shame because the dresses would've been nice if the materials & colours were nicer.

Most of the time the fitting is perfect but sometimes there is a mix up with the measurements. I bought an abaya the usual size as always but rather than large it was X-Large even though the tag said large.
