Item was very bulky and in order to return I had to pay 39$ usd for shipping.

The item I purchased was not delivered due to an extra fee due at delivery. Additional to the shipping charge there is a customs charge the buyer is responsible for. It’s not clearly stated unless you look for the information.

The service was so poor that I'm never shopping at aab anymore and this is not the first time I paid for next day DPD delivery but didn't receive the items 3 days later.

The fit and style of the slip dresses have completely changed. The quality has become awful. They used to fit so well and we're true to size and modest. Now the complete opposite is true. Please fix this issue

I needed a white modest dress for a religious ceremony. The description for the dress said it was white—-but when I got it it was OFF white, not ——and then It cost me $40 to return. Please put the right color name in the description 😐

I've been a loyal customer since you were selling as a concession in small stores in Whitechapel. However I just made my last purchase. I had to return an outfit and had just over 15%deducted from what I paid, including 4.99 for postage and the rest from my loyalty point, even though I had bought other items with the same order and the points had been accumulated from previous purchases. I've gone elsewhere for my Eid purchase, where the styles are more up to date and material of better quality.

Awful customer service. Aab do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Refunds are not dealt with within 14 days as the website states. I am now waiting for refund for two parcels I returned, one that was sent in February.

I returned an order via Aab’s courier, I have received an email to say that they have received my parcel. I am yet to receive my refund, they have held my money for a month now with no response from customer service from avenues, WhatsApp, email or phone. Really disappointed, expected more.

I have ordered a few times from aab each time I think it will be better than my last experience but each time I pay a lot of money to return things and spend the rest of the time fighting for the correct refund and this time 9 weeks on still have no refund. Disgraceful

Extremely poor quality material and craftsmanship. Sizings are also inconsistent and inaccurate. I have been buying online and returning since 2017 They look very appealing on the models but in real life it’s a different story. I finally got my refund this week on a product that took them 26 working days to refund. That is excluding weekends and bank/public holidays!

I’m not so happy with the quality and service , I ordered twice and each time there was a fault with the long jumpers I had ordered, Customer service is too slow no one answers the phone and a few times no reply to emails. Still haven’t received any update on my return. Very very disappointed.

I am not happy as my order did not get delivered and was returned because they had right postcode but there was an error on the name of the street I have emailed several times with correct address and nw got email saying items out of stock as the items were sent out and all they had to do is return them to correct address Still waiting for someone to contact me very disappointed with the service..😡
