Although the cut of the dress is very good, yet again the quality of the fabric is extremely disappointing and knowing you source your fabrics from Pakistan I am not surprised. Always hesitant to spend so much money on your poor quality and Aab not bothered about this feedback from many customers as usual.

I returned this straightaway as it was too short in length. Now it’s been 15 days since they received it. I know they received it because I paid for the tracked return as they don’t have free return labels. I still don’t have my refund. I have contacted customer services but still no refund. I bought two others which I kept. I suggest if anyone buys, then don’t risk returning items online. Not sure if I’ll get my money back.

I wasn’t impressed at all with the quality of the material. I’ve bought it in the sale but the original price is not justified for this poor quality.

Clothing quality was poor and definitely not worth the hefty price tag (this was after discount!). To make it worse, I had to pay for delivery, despite spending £98 and then had to pay another £9 for return. Very disappointed and unlikely to be shopping with them again.

Selling masks come on!!!! You have a moral duty 2 not sell fear, yet ypu choose to ignore that 4 the sake on money. Seeling religious clothing fair no issue, selling masks promoting enough fear, a joke and goes against humanity. The government want to control YOU. Locking us up in our houses under house arrest and call it lockdown. Which by upu selling masks, feeds into being scared of death. "every soul will taste death" better 2 correct the wrongs and accept that 1 day, just 1 day we all got to die. Immune system here as the creator gave us all, not an experimental vaccine, or fear mongering.

Sizes are not correct a S will be baggy on shoulders and waist and tight on the hips. Also they do not refund you until you email them if you forget about the return and do not email, they will not refund you. Very poor, shop at inaayah better quality and customer service.

I have bought many items from aab but you have very poor returns policy. We should be able to return to the store. Secondly my sister bought me 2 items from shop and 1 I needed to return but you have no refund or credit note system. At least have credit notes. Very poor. Puts me off from buying in the future

The ordering process and delivery is adequate, the product is of good quality despite being a little on the pricier side. However the returns process is extremely poor, I was not communicated with at all when my return was received. I had to contact them myself to confirm it had been, even then it is now approaching 2 weeks since they receiving my return and I am still awaiting a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous considering they take your money immediately. I shall never be ordering from here again.

I was shocked when I received my order to see that what I had paid £30 for was a pair of poor quality sweat bottoms. I thought I was getting the full tracksuit! Completely over priced.

I was very disappointed with this dress, it looked like tea was spilled all over the dress, it had big patches of brown stain. It does not look anything like the pictures, also for the price i payed the dress felt very thin cheap material. I have returned it.
