“The order was ok. However, having to pay for you return is rather off-putting and has left me not wanting to make another purchase. Especially when you order things online it’s hard to tell what looks right until you get it.”

“Nice flowy dress, fabric is not see through, it drops nicely. I bought size small, fitting is good, sits well around the shoulder areas. Although it's a lovely dress, it's very expensive. with delivery a paid almost £100, which is quite ridiculous. Then when you receive it, you have to hope that it fits and you like it, otherwise your paying again to return it. Aab really should do something about free returns, especially now that the store doesnt exist in green street either.”

“Extremely poor quality material and craftsmanship. Sizings are also inconsistent and inaccurate. I have been buying online and returning since 2017 They look very appealing on the models but in real life it’s a different story. I finally got my refund this week on a product that took them 26 working days to refund. That is excluding weekends and bank/public holidays!”

“I highly recommend Aab. Not only are Aabs clothing very beautiful, elegant, and of excellent quality, their customer service is also the best too. I had some technical problems with a gift card on an online purchase and I contacted Aab. A lovely and understanding lady replied promptly and she very efficiently applied the discount on the purchase I made online with a bonus. I was so elated and couldn't thank the lady and Aab enough. Thank you very much for the superb customer service and clothing.”

“I had previously ordered the light grey thick jumper which was brilliant the thickness of the jumper was fantastic, so I then ordered the same jumper in a charcoal grey but when it arrived to my disappointment the material, thickness was nothing like the 1st even though it’s being advertised as the same with at the same price tag, I won’t be making the same mistake by ordering the same items again it was misleading.”

“I’m not so happy with the quality and service , I ordered twice and each time there was a fault with the long jumpers I had ordered, Customer service is too slow no one answers the phone and a few times no reply to emails. Still haven’t received any update on my return. Very very disappointed.”

“For the quality of the clothes it’s not worth the price.. it’s totally different once you see it in real. It’s very pricey for the quality. but I bought it because I thought it looks very good on the models.”

“Nice collection but whenever I go on the site everything I want is sold out or my size is sold out. I was surprised when I ordered an hijab and they actually had the one I wanted. Then a couple of days later I was told it was sold out.”

“Awful customer service. Aab do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Refunds are not dealt with within 14 days as the website states. I am now waiting for refund for two parcels I returned, one that was sent in February.”

“I always end up buying more of Aab collection than I originally intended. The reason is that every piece is so beautiful and of such good quality that I cannot resist. I try to wait untile the sales but sometimes it's too long a wait!”
