Right so I need a refund but no one has even contacted me I have returned the item to you can you respond and refund my money?????? I will not buy anything from aab at this rate

Poor communication and customer service. No consideration of lockdown measures. I still don't have my parcel as the store is closed and they will not send it out in the post even though I said that I'd pay the additional charge.

I was totally disappointed with my order from Aab. They sent the wrong items out to me I was initially told I had to pay for the returns then after some debate agreed to waver the return postage I was told the item should be returned via the returns label in the bag which I did I then and dropped off to the address as I was out of the area I then received a call at 5pm to tell me that I had to put a different returns label and they would collect at 3.30pm next day. I had no way of printing out the label and then dropping it back to the delivery address. The whole shopping experience was quite upsetting as now I am left with items I don’t want!! So I would not shop with Aab again as the customer service is a zero. The prices are dear and to find out I have to keep items I don’t want. To think of being a regular customer and be treated in this way quite appalling. I have just received an email from aab to ask me to revise my review as they think my issue has been resolved. I’m sorry but my issue has not been resolved as stated previously that I’m stuck with something I didn’t want. So please don’t ask me to revise my review!

The fabric was not what I expected - it was thin and wrinkled. The front panels were not floor length, so U returned the item

Hi I’ve ordered before from aab and this was my time ordering I had ordered 2 dresses in a size L but one dress just about fits me and the other one didn’t very disappointed with this
