Wrong item sent to me and I was completely dismissed by so called customer service when I queried my order i ordered 60 labels per sheet via their live chat - I was sent only 6 labels per sheet and when I requested a refund after I had given proof of my order I was completely shut down See attached clarification of my order screenshot and what I was sent Disgraceful way to treat returning customers, I won't be recommending you anymore

I have used AA LAbels for some time and been previously satisfied. I recently ordered labels, which did not arrive despite our bank account being deibited. I raised a query and in the meantime ordered some replacements as we desperately needed them and couldn't wait for teh issue to be resolved. The new order has arraived and the query has been closed without being resolved? Poor service so far and having to chase again from labels ordered and not received.

Not impressed - my order was sent to an incomplete address and took 10 days to arrive. When I tried to place another order over the phone you tried to charge me overseas postage rates to Jersey, when I know that the same charge applies to Jersey for postage from the UK as it does to anywhere else in the UK. Very disappointed in your service, I shall shop elsewhere.

But just for the clarification the order was placed by yourself via our website and you put the incomplete address. Once the issue came to our notice we contacted to the courier and made sue that your order is being delivered to the complete and correct address. Our “next day delivery” option typically refers to the next working day as a lot of couriers don't offer weekend delivery as standard [this is usually an add-on service]. As your order was placed on Friday, the delivery was scheduled for Monday, which is the standard next-working-day timeline and exactly what you paid for. We did communicate this during the order process, and informed you that the order will be delivered on Monday. For time-sensitive orders placed on Fridays, we also offer a Saturday delivery option at a higher additional cost so this is an option to consider when you place future orders. We’re committed to improving our services and ensuring clearer communication on our website and during the ordering process as customer satisfaction is our top priority. When I received my labels , carton is always damaged and product inside too I don’t understand why package is not protect good and product is not protected with paper sleeves . Every time I order it’s like this

Still awaiting a resolution regarding £700 worth of labels that do not stick. AA labels are ignorning emails and Ive had to contact the bank. Im now having to find a new label supplier as they dont deserve my business. They are missing out on thousands of pounds rth of repeat business because of their AWFUL after sales service. GET A GRIP AA LABELS!! Do the honourable thing by your customers and RESOLVE complaints!!!! "Labels won't stick onto the item we need to stick them onto and AA labels aren't responding to our request to collect them. I have written over 10 emails and it's been two weeks to they and get this resolved. We have been using them for many years but at this rate they will lose a valuable customer and I will be contacting my bank to get a refund. They have falsely advertised. Stickers need to stick. Shame their customer service lets customers down when there is a problem.!"

After our investigation, we reached the conclusion that the labels were not faulty and it appeared that an incorrect product had been ordered. This observation was confirmed at your end, indicating that the issue lay beyond the functionality of our labels. We also sent you a summary email before the production of your labels, therein asking you to confirm all specifications, which you did. You advised that you would leave several negative reviews should we fail to replace or refund, which you have done. Furthermore, you offered to remove your reviews if we replaced or refunded your order and we have respectfully declined your offer. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for placing more orders after this complaint was raised; we are pleased to have not lost you as a valued customer.

Labels won't stick onto the item we need to stick them onto and AA labels aren't responding to our request to collect them. Appalling service. I selected my printer type and then chose the size of label. However the labels that arrived do not fit the printer at all. I have asked to return them for a refund. Several emails and phonecalls later and AA Labels are still asking me questions before agreeing that I can return for a refund. I will not be using AA labels again. There are plenty of other companies to choose from.

Yet again this company have not provided what was requested! the product received is not suitable and the unwillingness to rectify the issue - Customer service is poor. I even responded to Syed with the original request to make sure that there would not be any mix up like the last two times!!

Thank you for your review. Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. We have investigated this and can confirm the special requirement for your order was not communicated with our CC team by yourself. By default, our rolls are sold in singles and we only sell them at multiple labels across if this is requested by the customer. The order was raised to your requirements and after checking all emails and attachments I can confirm there was no communication for this. If you can please inform our customer care team while placing an order if you have any special requirements so we add this to your order. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.

Very long waiting time for goods to Ireland. You should change your delivery company. I've been waiting a week now and lost an important client.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I would like to inform you that your order was dispatched on the 3rd working day within our lead time and one of our agents is in contact with you. The agent has given you all the details of the courier company to get an updated status on deliveries. Furthermore, once the order was placed the expected date of delivery was displayed on our website which states that for Ireland delivery it would take 6 working days approximately. Your order has been delivered on 18th March 2023. We would suggest proceeding with DPD for future orders as it has better services for all international deliveries. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.

The templates provided on the website & in design tool for the labels don’t align with the actual labels sheets that I received. Absolutely useless. Will not be buying again. Further to the customer team prompt response to a negative feedback: please do not lie, I have not received any email from yourselves and you not trying to resolve anything. I described the problem above, the cut out 50mm stickers AACA15 that I received do no align with either a pdf or word template provided on your website for that particulat product code. Either the lables I received are cut out incorectly or the tepmlates are wrong. Either way the stickers I ordered are useseless to me as I can’t print them aligned and I wasted my money, I’m expecting a refund for this!

It takes too long to receive the product. The delivery was not good. I ended up hand writing on cups :( customer service was not helpful.

AA labels used to be excellent.......but that ship has sailed! Our last 2 orders have been terrible. Poor materials that would not print correctly. Labels were badly put on the reel so they wouldn't align to the printer correctly and finally, labels were sent on the incorrect core diameter so they do not fit on our printer. As for the new customer service! This simply is terrible! Instead of speaking to somebody in production you need to speak to a 3rd party! On average they take 1 hour to respond via text and are very hard to understand via phone! Needless to say our last ever order

We collected the labels from you the very next day to rewind them onto the correct core size, the labels were dispatched on the same day back on a next working day delivery. Our manager also called you and I believe this issue was dealt with and resolved to your satisfaction. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
