Still awaiting a resolution regarding £700 worth of labels that do not stick. AA labels are ignorning emails and Ive had to contact the bank. Im now having to find a new label supplier as they dont deserve my business. They are missing out on thousands of pounds rth of repeat business because of their AWFUL after sales service. GET A GRIP AA LABELS!! Do the honourable thing by your customers and RESOLVE complaints!!!! "Labels won't stick onto the item we need to stick them onto and AA labels aren't responding to our request to collect them. I have written over 10 emails and it's been two weeks to they and get this resolved. We have been using them for many years but at this rate they will lose a valuable customer and I will be contacting my bank to get a refund. They have falsely advertised. Stickers need to stick. Shame their customer service lets customers down when there is a problem.!"

We have thoroughly investigated the matter and we are always mindful of the significance of a resolution that is satisfactory for both parties. You were kept up to date throughout the investigation and updated following each step of the process. As the complaint was raised about the product being faulty, we had to thoroughly investigate the matter in case this had a wider impact. After our investigation, we reached the conclusion that the labels were not faulty and it appeared that an incorrect product had been ordered. This observation was confirmed at your end, indicating that the issue lay beyond the functionality of our labels. We also sent you a summary email before the production of your labels, therein asking you to confirm all specifications, which you did. You advised that you would leave several negative reviews should we fail to replace or refund, which you have done. Furthermore, you offered to remove your reviews if we replaced or refunded your order and we have respectfully declined your offer. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for placing more orders after this complaint was raised; we are pleased to have not lost you as a valued customer.

Appalling service. I selected my printer type and then chose the size of label. However the labels that arrived do not fit the printer at all. I have asked to return them for a refund. Several emails and phonecalls later and AA Labels are still asking me questions before agreeing that I can return for a refund. I will not be using AA labels again. There are plenty of other companies to choose from.

Yet again this company have not provided what was requested! the product received is not suitable and the unwillingness to rectify the issue - Customer service is poor. I even responded to Syed with the original request to make sure that there would not be any mix up like the last two times!!

Thank you for your review. Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. We have investigated this and can confirm the special requirement for your order was not communicated with our CC team by yourself. By default, our rolls are sold in singles and we only sell them at multiple labels across if this is requested by the customer. The order was raised to your requirements and after checking all emails and attachments I can confirm there was no communication for this. If you can please inform our customer care team while placing an order if you have any special requirements so we add this to your order. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
Very long waiting time for goods to Ireland. You should change your delivery company. I've been waiting a week now and lost an important client.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. I would like to inform you that your order was dispatched on the 3rd working day within our lead time and one of our agents is in contact with you. The agent has given you all the details of the courier company to get an updated status on deliveries. Furthermore, once the order was placed the expected date of delivery was displayed on our website which states that for Ireland delivery it would take 6 working days approximately. Your order has been delivered on 18th March 2023. We would suggest proceeding with DPD for future orders as it has better services for all international deliveries. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.
Actually I’m not happy I paid for next day delivery £6.50 and waiting 2 days for my parcel)))))) Very unhappy

We would like to inform you that your order was dispatched on the same day it was received, it was going to Newport and the delay was due to weather conditions over which we had no control. The templates provided on the website & in design tool for the labels don’t align with the actual labels sheets that I received. Absolutely useless. Will not be buying again. Further to the customer team prompt response to a negative feedback: please do not lie, I have not received any email from yourselves and you not trying to resolve anything. I described the problem above, the cut out 50mm stickers AACA15 that I received do no align with either a pdf or word template provided on your website for that particulat product code. Either the lables I received are cut out incorectly or the tepmlates are wrong. Either way the stickers I ordered are useseless to me as I can’t print them aligned and I wasted my money, I’m expecting a refund for this!

Hello Anna, I have just rechecked and can confirm an email was sent to you on 07.02 and the ticket number is 152628. Please may you check your spam and junk folders. It takes too long to receive the product. The delivery was not good. I ended up hand writing on cups :( customer service was not helpful.

Your order was dispatched on the 5th working day for delivery on the Monday, unfortunately PF were unable to deliver on the Monday. One of our agents will be in touch with you and we hope we can provide a better service for you next time.
AA labels used to be excellent.......but that ship has sailed! Our last 2 orders have been terrible. Poor materials that would not print correctly. Labels were badly put on the reel so they wouldn't align to the printer correctly and finally, labels were sent on the incorrect core diameter so they do not fit on our printer. As for the new customer service! This simply is terrible! Instead of speaking to somebody in production you need to speak to a 3rd party! On average they take 1 hour to respond via text and are very hard to understand via phone! Needless to say our last ever order

Hi Kevin, Firstly I would like to apologise for the service you experienced. The issue of the incorrect core size was brought to our attention and a collection was raised straight away. We collected the labels from you the very next day to rewind them onto the correct core size, the labels were dispatched on the same day back on a next working day delivery. Our manager also called you and I believe this issue was dealt with and resolved to your satisfaction. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received. We ordered printer paper as a matter of urgency and paid for next-day delivery. Three days later, we have still not received the labels, and we can't fulfil a large order, which has put us in a bad situation with our valued client. We called and was not given a solution other than said for it to arrive.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your order was received on 12/12 with a Pre 12:00 delivery service, we dispatched the order on the same day. Due to weather conditions, DPD has held your order and caused the delay. We have contacted DPD and they explained they had no control over the situation as they are already facing delivery issues due to the strikes, snowy weather, and heavy workload. Our customer care team has provided you with all the updates. I can see that new order was placed and sent through Parcel Force and it has been delivered. You shall receive a call from our manager to resolve the issue with the parcel as we have not yet received it back from DPD. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.
Very poor service - I have ordered from you a few times, the first few times was ok , I paid for next day delivery and still a day later nothing, no response !!!

As per the tracking details and after confirming with Parcel Force, your order was delivered to you within the timeframe on Friday 25th November at 10:24 am.

I complained about the error in the order. It has been two weeks & still we have no response from the company. They used to be very efficient. But now they are very ignorant.

I have always been happy with AA labels but now I feel a little cheated because they charged me to change the font.

Once your artwork provided was set-out correctly in the soft-proof provided for approval, to change the font style on an editable file is not a particularly difficult task, but it does take time and our small charge of £6.60 ex VAT is very reasonable in this respect. We hope that you can agree and look forward to continuing to be of service to Cardinal Events Limited, whenever you require labels.
I will selected 0 stars if possible We placed an order in june comming up and down because of the carriers and customs clearances. At the day of today we have only partial delivery and maybe we need to pay taxes twice. Extremely disapointing. Its very difficult to make it such bad.

The quotation and approval process from start to finish was so protracted than I would normally experience and at every turn the staff got it wrong. The labels turned up and all have to be scrapped because they didn't follow clear written instructions. Won't be working with AA again and it is disappointing because they used to be so on the ball.
