It takes too long to receive the product. The delivery was not good. I ended up hand writing on cups :( customer service was not helpful.

Hello Jenny, Firstly please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused. Your order was dispatched on the 5th working day for delivery on the Monday, unfortunately PF were unable to deliver on the Monday. AA labels used to be excellent.......but that ship has sailed! Our last 2 orders have been terrible. Poor materials that would not print correctly. Labels were badly put on the reel so they wouldn't align to the printer correctly and finally, labels were sent on the incorrect core diameter so they do not fit on our printer. As for the new customer service! This simply is terrible! Instead of speaking to somebody in production you need to speak to a 3rd party! On average they take 1 hour to respond via text and are very hard to understand via phone! Needless to say our last ever order

Hi Kevin, Firstly I would like to apologise for the service you experienced. The issue of the incorrect core size was brought to our attention and a collection was raised straight away. We collected the labels from you the very next day to rewind them onto the correct core size, the labels were dispatched on the same day back on a next working day delivery. Our manager also called you and I believe this issue was dealt with and resolved to your satisfaction. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received. We ordered printer paper as a matter of urgency and paid for next-day delivery. Three days later, we have still not received the labels, and we can't fulfil a large order, which has put us in a bad situation with our valued client. We called and was not given a solution other than said for it to arrive.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your order was received on 12/12 with a Pre 12:00 delivery service, we dispatched the order on the same day. Due to weather conditions, DPD has held your order and caused the delay. We have contacted DPD and they explained they had no control over the situation as they are already facing delivery issues due to the strikes, snowy weather, and heavy workload. Our customer care team has provided you with all the updates. I can see that new order was placed and sent through Parcel Force and it has been delivered. You shall receive a call from our manager to resolve the issue with the parcel as we have not yet received it back from DPD. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.

Very poor service - I have ordered from you a few times, the first few times was ok , I paid for next day delivery and still a day later nothing, no response !!!

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your order was received on 24/11 with a Pre 10:30 delivery service, we dispatched the order on the same day. As per the tracking details and after confirming with Parcel Force, your order was delivered to you within the timeframe on Friday 25th November at 10:24 am.

I complained about the error in the order. It has been two weeks & still we have no response from the company. They used to be very efficient. But now they are very ignorant.

I have always been happy with AA labels but now I feel a little cheated because they charged me to change the font.

Thank you for sharing your feelings about this matter Helene and we have contacted you since to explain. Once your artwork provided was set-out correctly in the soft-proof provided for approval, to change the font style on an editable file is not a particularly difficult task, but it does take time and our small charge of £6.60 ex VAT is very reasonable in this respect. We hope that you can agree and look forward to continuing to be of service to Cardinal Events Limited, whenever you require labels.

I will selected 0 stars if possible We placed an order in june comming up and down because of the carriers and customs clearances. At the day of today we have only partial delivery and maybe we need to pay taxes twice. Extremely disapointing. Its very difficult to make it such bad.

The quotation and approval process from start to finish was so protracted than I would normally experience and at every turn the staff got it wrong. The labels turned up and all have to be scrapped because they didn't follow clear written instructions. Won't be working with AA again and it is disappointing because they used to be so on the ball.

terrible refund policy, how easy was it to get a refund? impossible I wasn't offered one because I used two stickers off 1 reel of a pack of 3. I excepted my error in ordering the wrong reel but thought I would get refunded on the two I hadn't used. this was not your policy.

Thank you for letting us know about this John and we apologise for the experience that you have had regarding this order, which we are looking into and understand that it can be difficult ordering label materials for thermal printers that operate in both direct and transfer printing modes. The matt-white paper labels would work perfectly well in your printer if you used the ribbon-transfer mode. We will get back to you regarding your order.

AALabels has processed my orders perfectly for years: great choice of products, fast delivery, good support. But since the Brexit, AALabels is unable to ship outside UK. I'm still waiting for my labels ordered 3 weeks ago. If you are outside the UK, forget it.

We are so sorry for the disruption and inconvenience caused, as a consequence of the courier company DPD clearing through the Netherlands and preventing you from reclaiming consumer tax on your orders Szaniszlo. We are informed that they intend to have a hub up and running in Belgium, early in 2022. In those countries where the courier company does currently have hubs, such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain etc. There is no disruption to our regular standard of service. We sincerely thank you for the patience exercised in trying to make this continue to work for you, but realise that at the end of the day, you have to do what is right for your business. Nonetheless, we hope that we might still be of service again, at some point in the future and thank you for your custom to date.

Huge amount of problems running labels through our Xerox machine . Badly packed sheets , some around the wrong way , the perf tears when going through the machine ( some sheets ) Not happy

These were advertised as avery programme compatible they are not, plus I've gone to use the programme to use the label templates and it's not even avaialble.....

Thank you for the order of plain, gloss-white, Polypropylene labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets for use with Inkjet printers Michelle and we apologise that our label design software is undergoing maintenance, but the MS Word & PDF templates for the Avery size equivalent are still available for download from the website. As soon as our label design modules functionality is reinstated, we will let you know and perhaps we can still be of service with our range of materials, adhesives, standard label shapes and sizes.

Nous attendons avec impatience le rétablissement du service normal à l'avenir, après la pandémie de Covid et de continuer à être au service de Ciap, chaque fois que vous aurez besoin d'étiquettes. Nous sommes désolés Pierre et travaillons dur avec nos coursiers pour comprendre pourquoi certaines commandes sont sélectionnées et conservées par les autorités douanières. Si nous ne pouvons pas valider votre commande, nous fabriquerons à nouveau et utiliserons un autre service de messagerie. Merci pour votre patience et nous attendons avec impatience la restauration de notre service de livraison rapide normal. We are very sorry Pierre and are working hard with our couriers to understand why some orders are being selected and held by the customs authorities. If we cannot release your order we will manufacture again and use an alternative courier. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to the restoration of our normal fast delivery service.

They said 3/5 days deliver, order on Monday did herb it till Sunday. Called them on Friday they refuse to help. Won’t use again snd I don’t recommend it

Thank you for the first order of plain, luxury paper, sand coloured labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets Alfonso and we apologise that your labels arrived one day late on a Sunday and will take this up with the courier company concerned. Your order was placed on the website at 17:40 on Monday 30.11.20 after the close of production for the day, effectively putting it into Tuesday 01.12.20 and was despatched and collected by a courier at 14:39 on Friday 04.12.20 for delivery Saturday 05.12.20 5 days after the order was placed and within our order fulfilment time-frame, that it arrive a day late on Sunday 06.12.20 was to a very large extent out of our control and probably attributable to the time of year, but we will nonetheless report the matter to the courier company. We can understand your annoyance, but hope that we might continue to be of service again, at some point, whenever you require labels.
