terrible refund policy, how easy was it to get a refund? impossible I wasn't offered one because I used two stickers off 1 reel of a pack of 3. I excepted my error in ordering the wrong reel but thought I would get refunded on the two I hadn't used. this was not your policy.

Thank you for letting us know about this John and we apologise for the experience that you have had regarding this order, which we are looking into and understand that it can be difficult ordering label materials for thermal printers that operate in both direct and transfer printing modes. The matt-white paper labels would work perfectly well in your printer if you used the ribbon-transfer mode. We will get back to you regarding your order.

AALabels has processed my orders perfectly for years: great choice of products, fast delivery, good support. But since the Brexit, AALabels is unable to ship outside UK. I'm still waiting for my labels ordered 3 weeks ago. If you are outside the UK, forget it.

We are so sorry for the disruption and inconvenience caused, as a consequence of the courier company DPD clearing through the Netherlands and preventing you from reclaiming consumer tax on your orders Szaniszlo. We are informed that they intend to have a hub up and running in Belgium, early in 2022. In those countries where the courier company does currently have hubs, such as France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain etc. There is no disruption to our regular standard of service. We sincerely thank you for the patience exercised in trying to make this continue to work for you, but realise that at the end of the day, you have to do what is right for your business. Nonetheless, we hope that we might still be of service again, at some point in the future and thank you for your custom to date.
Huge amount of problems running labels through our Xerox machine . Badly packed sheets , some around the wrong way , the perf tears when going through the machine ( some sheets ) Not happy

These were advertised as avery programme compatible they are not, plus I've gone to use the programme to use the label templates and it's not even avaialble.....

Thank you for the order of plain, gloss-white, Polypropylene labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets for use with Inkjet printers Michelle and we apologise that our label design software is undergoing maintenance, but the MS Word & PDF templates for the Avery size equivalent are still available for download from the website. As soon as our label design modules functionality is reinstated, we will let you know and perhaps we can still be of service with our range of materials, adhesives, standard label shapes and sizes.

Hello. The parcel is not delivered and seems to be blocked somewhere in the UK. Could be a consequence of Brexit? I cannot get any more information. Best regards.

They said 3/5 days deliver, order on Monday did herb it till Sunday. Called them on Friday they refuse to help. Won’t use again snd I don’t recommend it

Thank you for the first order of plain, luxury paper, sand coloured labels on A4 Dry Edge sheets Alfonso and we apologise that your labels arrived one day late on a Sunday and will take this up with the courier company concerned. Your order was placed on the website at 17:40 on Monday 30.11.20 after the close of production for the day, effectively putting it into Tuesday 01.12.20 and was despatched and collected by a courier at 14:39 on Friday 04.12.20 for delivery Saturday 05.12.20 5 days after the order was placed and within our order fulfilment time-frame, that it arrive a day late on Sunday 06.12.20 was to a very large extent out of our control and probably attributable to the time of year, but we will nonetheless report the matter to the courier company. We can understand your annoyance, but hope that we might continue to be of service again, at some point, whenever you require labels.
The product was not delivered as per the proof (the images were not aligned - and more than the 1/2mm stated). I’ve made three phone calls and about five emails regarding the good will guesture of at least a partial refund - and you offered me 10% on a new ordered - which is pretty terrible suggesting I would want to spend more money with you. I was then told that I would have to sent the stickers back for a refund which is again just lumping more work on me for you not delivering the product promised. I just really dislike when companies ask me to be so stringent with a proofing process and then deliver a poor product. A really pet peeve and I won’t be using you again.

Thank you for the order of printed labels John and we are sorry that you do not feel that the registration is as expected, but with 120 small 14mm x 12mm oval labels on an A4 sheet, for flat-bed printing, there will always be a degree of movement through the transport path in the printer. For exact registration the printing process requires a reel-to-reel press, which we have and this would then be produced as roll labels and can be ordered for conversion to A4 sheets if required from our Premium Printing Service.
Hi, Im sorry, but I haven't received anything at this time, I'm still waiting for my delivery... postal service says : nobody present at the address.....but I never saw anyone come...

Absolutely appalling service. Placed two orders with a deadline that AA Labels were made aware of. One order got completely missed and the other then arrived 6 weeks later and was sent to the wrong address despite AA Labels being put in direct contact with our manufacturing company. I was then told that I could pay the extra charge for them sending it to the wrong address! I paid to sort the problem out myself to then find that the labels had been printed incorrectly on the roll! Bad communication and main member of office staff clearly doesn't know what she is doing and doesn't have a proficient level of English or customer service to do their job well. Asked to speak with a manager on numerous occasions and emails were fielded and questions not answered. Would never use again. Very disappointed and cost my business a month of sales due to not receiving the labels on time.

The vibrancy of the colours is exactly as in the artwork file provided and the approved soft-proof for printing, however, our designers can work with you on any colour changes required on future orders. The online label builder is not easy to use and it does not match the actual labels.

We are sorry to learn that you have been having problems using our online tools to creat your tamper-evident lid label designs, but can see from the screen-shot added on Hotjar that you appear to have tried to use the "Template Selection" tool, on which there is less functionality than "Label Designer" in terms of design tools. We have passed both reviews on to our customer care team to contact you and see what assistance we can provide to help you with your label designs. order number AA235680 Bonjour, J'ai reçu les étiquettes seulement le 21.07 Le format ne correspond pas au modèle que j'ai demandé. Les angles devraient être beaucoup plus arrondis. Dans ma demande j'ai mentionné le diamètre extérieur max 105 mm. J'ai reçu avec un diamètre de 130mm. Je peux dérouler et jeter une bonne partie des étiquettes. Merci de trouver une solution. I am very dissapointed for all the steps. Impossible to confirm the order online. Then need to do it per email with the pro forma invoice, no proof for a week. Then need to call and to relaunch everyday to have my order after two weeks. I think it is a total disaster you need to review completely your process!

Nous nous excusons évidemment que vous vous attendiez clairement à autre chose, mais nous nous réjouissons de l'opportunité de continuer à travailler avec vous et à fournir le service client dont vous avez besoin. However we are a little confused as you placed the order on Tuesday 16.06.20 at 11:56 with payment to follow and the printed labels were despatched to you on Wednesday 24.06.20 at 14:35 which is only 7 working days from placing the order and waiting for payment. We obviously apologise that you clearly expected something else, but look forward to the opportunity of continuing to work with you and provide the customer service that you require.

Thank you for sharing your feelings publicly John and we have always tried to be supportive and fair, even crediting returned orders for incorrect material for direct thermal printing, although ordered online, after guidance was sought from our customer care team. Also thank you for the most recent order placed yesterday and we hope to continue being of service and to work to restore a satisfactory working relationship with E Pagani & Co. Ltd.
Placed order on thursday for next day delivery, recieved item on tuesday 4 days after.

Thank you for the first order of large, full-sheet A4 labels Adam and we are sorry to learn that you are obviously dissapointed with the order fulfillment time. However your order was placed on our website at 22:14 on Thursday 07.05.20 and the following day (Friday 08.05.20) was a public holiday and then the weekend. Upon our production staff returning to work on Monday 11.05.20 your label order was despatched at 17:03:02 for next woirking-day delivery, as promised and we are not sure why you obvioulsy consider this unacceptable. We hope that we can still be of service when you next require labels, now you know that it is a next working-day service, excluding public holidays and weekends, as explained clearly on the website.
