“Finally got delivery of packaging boxes yesterday due to total incompentence of Royal Mail/Parcelforce, say they attempted delivery so i redirected to post office and then they still say they tried to deliver to my home address. Funny when you call them about delivery they ask for the card left bty driver yet they never leave a card because they never attempt delivery. Sorry A4 Labels but you should stop using Parcelforce/Post Office.”

“They are very pressurising they just keep emaling you the whole time, and if you dont reply quick enough they close the ticket. but other then that they are good at their job. i hope they improve in the future.”

“No complaints about the service, ordering or speed of delivery. My only issue (and it is a big one) is that the silver labels we ordered are mirror gloss finish and we really wanted a matt label. I wish you had stated this in the specification. Is there any chance we could exchange them for matt finish labels? We would be happy to pay the shipping and or price differential between the labels.”

“I have been using AA labels for a while now, recently had an issue with damaged boxes and the fold lines not put in. I have to say the customer service i received was excellent. Laiba ikram especially, answered my emails in minutes, constantly following up with my replacement orders and ensured that my new order was perfect. Really recommend this company for its super fast and helpful service!”

“We’ve been using this label company for our business for a few years now and honestly couldn’t be happier. They’re always incredibly helpful and quick to flag any issues with artwork before printing, which saves so much stress and potential waste. On our last order they even let us know we could bundle a few products together to reduce the cost, and they issued a refund straight away without us even having to ask. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. Reliable, proactive and genuinely supportive. Highly recommend.”

“We use AA labels on a regular basis however I’m still waiting for the latest delivery as they were sent signed for - our deliveries go to our home address and no one is at home to sign during the day and despite redirecting the delivery to a local post office they are still somewhere in the postal system - we have a dedicated safe space for couriers to leave parcels at home but unfortunately on this occasion it’s stuck in the system”
