“I originally left a negative review due to the poor quality of the product — I planned to request a refund and return the remaining. However, the customer service team reached out to me directly to understand the issue. They were professional, helpful, and honest about accepting the problem with the paper quality. They processed my refund quickly and made the whole experience smooth. Although the product didn’t meet my expectations, I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the way they handled the situation. Thank you for your support.”

“Wrong item sent to me and I was completely dismissed by so called customer service when I queried my order i ordered 60 labels per sheet via their live chat - I was sent only 6 labels per sheet and when I requested a refund after I had given proof of my order I was completely shut down See attached clarification of my order screenshot and what I was sent Disgraceful way to treat returning customers, I won't be recommending you anymore”
