The labels were good, a couple of points that were not so good were that on a roll of 200 labels, there were 2 joins, the labels over the joins had a red marking making them unusable and interrupted labelling the bottles. also, the cardboard roll was shorter than the width of the roll of labels which causes an issue with my label applicator.

Hi Vincent, Firstly I would like to apologise for your experience. Joints are very common on roll labels however, if this is something that doesn't work for you then you can raise this with our customer care team who will communicate this with our production team. The standard size of the roll core is always equal to the width of the label not to the width of the backing paper, if you require the core size to be more than the label size then please inform our customer care team while placing an order in future as this is a bespoke service. We hope your next experience with AA labels will be a better one.
Poor quality phone lines, every time I place an order it seems to take forever, every call takes 20 mins which is too long if you have limited phone lines in to the business. Also luckily I had the job delivered to me rather than direct to the customer as everything had aa labels splashed all over it so we had to undo all the packages and remove all the labels. When you supply to us you need plain packaging

The reason for only 2 stars is the poor communication. Your member of staff knew my order was urgent, and should have advised me that it wasn't enough just to reply to the email stating that I agreed with the copy of the printing I had ordered and to go ahead. Instead, it wasn't until several days had passed that they came back to me saying I needed to complete other forms before it was passed. This was not made clear to me. I assumed all was well. Very bad service.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our customer care team was in communication with you over e-mail and phone and shared the link to the soft proof and advised that we can’t approve the soft proof on behalf of you, it has to be approved by the customer. These were approved 3 days later on 08-12-22 at 4 PM and we dispatched the order on 13-12-2022 which was the 3rd day after the approval of the soft proof which is within our lead time. We would still like to apologize for the inconvenience caused and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.
Labels are good but sadly the customer service when things go wrong with delivery is really bad. Outsourced and no help in resolving issues, won't send replacements for delayed or lost orders.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Your order was placed on 05/12 with a next-day delivery service and we dispatched the order on the same day. The delivery service which was selected was Parcel Force and due to the strikes, your order was delayed by a day. This has also been communicated on our website. Unfortunately the printed labels didn’t arrive in the promised timescale sp we had to bin they. We ordered them for a weekend event but they arrived on the subsequent Monday

You approved the soft proof on 31-10-22 after 4 PM and we dispatched the order on 03-11-2022 which was the 3rd day after the approval of the soft proof which is within our timeframe. You selected Parcel Force courier services; however, there is a message on our website regarding the strikes of Royal Mail & Parcel Force which could affect delivery and cause delays. There was no delay from our end and we dispatched your order within the timeframe. We would still like to apologise for the inconvenience and we hope your next experience with AA labels will be better.
I love everything about the labels but the customer service is really letting the team down, it’s really disappointing. I spent nearly 3k on labels with you in the past and customer service back then was great. Now I’m looking to go elsewhere due to how unhelpful a member of your staff has been, this is due to lack of knowledge of the labels you offer, my questions going unanswered and also being told the wrong information. There has been no desire to help me whatsoever. This has really slowed down my label project and I’m now having to go elsewhere for it. It’s such a shame. I think some of your employers need more support and training.

Il n'est pas courant qu'il soit difficile pour les commandes expédiées de dédouaner en France et bien qu'il y ait eu des problèmes au début du BREXIT en janvier de cette année, le service normal a plus ou moins repris et la majorité des clients en La France est satisfaite du service de livraison reçu. Nous espérons vivement que vous ne laisserez pas cet incident influencer outre mesure votre décision d'utiliser les étiquettes AA et nous nous réjouissons de continuer à être au service de Tariette Provence, chaque fois que vous aurez besoin d'étiquettes. It is not a common occurence for it to be difficult for shipped orders to clear customs in France and although there were problems at the inception of BREXIT in January of this year, normal service has more, or less, resumed and the majority of customers in France are happy with the delivery service received. Three times I have placed an order and used my TopCashback account. Not once has the cashback been recorded or paid. A bit of a swizz when they use affiliate marketing to get customers but don't pay the commissions!

I always use AA for my labels and never had problems. But this time, I got my labels on thinner paper without being asked. When I remove the tag from the sheet, it merely rolls up because of the thin paper. I want to be asked when you use a different paper as I ordered.

Labels were of good quality, however they are let down by the label design software. I couldn't get my sample labels to print correctly on the sheet and there is no option to tweek the margin settings like you can with Avery and Online Labels software. Also the fact that the quality of the label output is reduced down to 72dpi is a very poor decision. They are trying to have you buy their printing service to get good 200dpi quality prints.

Thank you for this review Martin and we will always improve the DPI for you, but at the moment our self-design modules are undergoing maintenence to improve the customer experience and the new version will hopefully include the option to adjust the margin settings as well.

On initial contact seems capable and competent service, very helpful customer service. I needed A3 Labels for next day delivery and they confirmed they could achieve this and offered additional product advice on the usage of the labels. Around the time the delivery was expected the following day I received a call to advise that due to the volume of orders the goods had not been dispatched leading to significant disruption and reorganising of travel, other work and activities.

Constantly disappointed with AA Labels, but I have to use them because what I need is very specific and no one else does it. The usual issues are with delivery it’s almost always delayed and no one lets you know until you call/message them. I have to order waaay in advance to be safe and even then they struggle. They messed up a print delivery for me once and I was relying on it for deliveries which set me back quite a bit. Usually the product is good when it arrives and it’s always well packaged, so that’s something. Overall I need them but if there were alternative options, I’d go with someone else. I also never write bad reviews but I got an email and thought this might help.

What a waste of my time Naz, and a loss for your company. I asked for a blank A4 sample and received some 35mm dots. How am I supposed to check the print quality on these? I given you 2 stars for your delivery time.

Thank you for making us aware of this Gary and you have already spoken with Nazmin in our customer care team and she has sorted out a sample label size that will allow you to test print more easily on your printer. In relation to the postal service offered by Royal Mail, your sample was posted at 14:05:30 on Friday 24.07.20 and delivered to your letterbox yesterday, Monday 27.07.20, which is perhaps a working day later than we would have hoped, but not within our control once collected. We very much hope that you find the gloss-white Polypropylene material for inkjet printing satisfactory and look forward to continuing to be of service when you require labels.

Service not good at all. Not 3-5 day delivery as stated. Its actually 3-5 day dispatch. You should make this clear because it effects how people order and which service they opt for. Such slow dispatch times for a product of this type is very much out of date by todays standards. DPD offer an excellent service, why wait such a long time to dispatch. Really doesn't make much sense at all.

Your order was palced via the website on Monday 01.06.2020 at 21:28 and produced and despatched on Thursday 04.06.2020 at 11:39:53 for delivery to you on Friday 05.06.2020, 4 days after placing the order. We do also offer a next-day service, which if you needed the labels quickly for only another £2.67 ex VATyou could have had the labels delivered on Wednesday 03.06.2020 We apologise that you were expecting a faster delivery and for future orders if you require a fast delivery, please select the next-day delivery option.
I informed the receptionist that I'd need the order for Thursday but it didn't arrive. The delivery company came by and left a card but I didn't hear them knocking or ringing the doorbell, so it's been delayed even further and has meant that i've had to miss my market stall day and about £200! I'm devestated. It's now due tomorrow!
