“The labels are excellent. The word template I find totally useless, as I van't treat it as a normal word document, e.g copy and paste from cell to cell or edit all the cells at once. Years ago, the label sheet was "equal" top and bottom". The last batch was not, wasted countless labels as the template I have (that does work from 2010) is "equal". So I have to do a lot of "fiddling" to make the cells match the template when printing. The label itself is exactlly what I need.”

“Finally got delivery of packaging boxes yesterday due to total incompentence of Royal Mail/Parcelforce, say they attempted delivery so i redirected to post office and then they still say they tried to deliver to my home address. Funny when you call them about delivery they ask for the card left bty driver yet they never leave a card because they never attempt delivery. Sorry A4 Labels but you should stop using Parcelforce/Post Office.”

“No complaints about the service, ordering or speed of delivery. My only issue (and it is a big one) is that the silver labels we ordered are mirror gloss finish and we really wanted a matt label. I wish you had stated this in the specification. Is there any chance we could exchange them for matt finish labels? We would be happy to pay the shipping and or price differential between the labels.”

“Had a small issue with recent order of Honey labels but it was resolved promptly by the customer service team. These things happen, it's how it's dealt with that matters and replacement labels were sent a couple of days later. Thank You AA”

“In looking for a very specific size of label to recreate ready printed ones that I used to order elsewhere, I eventually found the right size with AA and they were ordered and delivered efficiently (delivery driver even accurately followed my directions on where to leave the labels when I was out!!). Labels were a little pricier than I have normally paid, and I would have loved a template in the envelope setting out the measurements to get the labels printing properly ... I did eventually find the measurement info I needed but still a dark outline template in the packs would be helpful (am I just a bit of a dinosaur?!!)”

“Labels are fine normally delivered in time had a slight delay but was kept informed. Unfortunatley the labels wer put on a pallet in very flimsy boxes - when I removed from pallet the boxes were not adequate for the weight of the label rolls - new heavier duty boxes had to be purchased as the rolls of labels would get damaged or not have a good shelf live.”

“Hi AALabels, I'm only doing a review for 1 reason - your despatch. It is poor these days. Having ordered from you for well over a decade now, it is getting slower and slower. And more and more expensive. Perhaps that's the point. But to more long-term, loyal customers, I feel you should not be charging such high figures(remember, anyone can log into any of the portal shipping websites and get 10kg boxes shipped by FedEx, DPD or many many others for less than £6) just to get the order there in reasonable time. ANd if you need the point proved - having selected the free service, it did not arrive in time for me to give a review, despite you requesting one!”

“Great service from AA, great quality labels. Courier service form Parcelforce was rubbish. We paid for an express service, plus a.m. delivery and the parcels did not arrive for 4 days. Not AA fault but completely affected our production process”

“Ordering was easy (re-using a design from a year ago) and delivery efficient. I was rather disappointed with the price, but a custiomer services person got in touch to explain the costs, which was very proactive of this company. So although this was initially going to be a 3-star review, I've upgraded it to 4 stars.”
