The speed of service is excellent however we had to arrange to send it to a UK address rather than pay an additional 80% in delivery fees to the Isle of Man when a stamp for £2.50 would have seen it delivered direct (the postage our agent put on the forwarded envelope). we rang your customer service number to see if you could consider assessing that I was ordering 25 sheets of A4 labels and not a larege box and this was not considered which was a disappointment.

Unfortunately, our system applies standard rates based on destination, and we regret that we couldn’t accommodate your request at the time. Impression et étiquette de qualité mais depuis le brexit pour la livraison c'est la cata. Demain ça fera une semaine que le colis est expédié et d'après le suivi il est toujours en Angleterre. Bref je commanderai plus, faire du commerce quand en dehors de l'UE, trop compliqué.

Hello, Thank you for your plain Gloss White Polyester - Permanent A4 Dry Edge Sheet Labels order. The material you ordered was out of stock and an alternate material was offered after the order being placed but we couldn’t proceed due to lack of response and had to proceed with the original material once it was back in stock after a month . We strive to provide exceptional quality service and product for our customer satisfaction as we take this factor very seriously. This material has a satin white finish as mentioned on our website, which may not appear as bright as the Matt White labels you generally order. Ordering process simple but delivery by Parcelforce a nightmare. They don't have enough delivery drivers so they claim they cannot find your property.

Ok but one of the colours has come through with 42 labels per roll which basically makes them useless. Not sure why they wouldn't just put it on 1 roll...

For this specific order, rewinding the labels to put on 1 roll is not advisable, as it will result in six joints on 1 roll, which does not align with our recommended standards. However, if you have any specific requirements in the future, such as requesting a single design on 1 roll, kindly inform our customer care team accordingly, and they will accommodate your request. Ordered some custom labels due to the odd sized needed for an A5 arch-level file. friendly and helpful enough but they re having to investigate the printing template as it doesn't line up.

Print, price & professionism is always good Super long lead times though, if they could fix this they would be twice as busy I often use other company's when a 2 -3 week enquiry to delivery will not suffice

Taking into account the slight delay of one day in sending the soft proof, we took immediate action to speed up the process and sent out the order within our promised lead time. To ensure we uphold our commitment, we arranged for next-day delivery. Additionally, our agent had also communicated to you via email that the delivery would take 10 working days due to it being an embellishment order which is a longer process as we have to order a plate from our suppliers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we are working on how we can improve our lead times on embellishment orders going forward.

Service was quick and efficient. When the label arrived, the colour of the label was a little darker than had been expected from the artwork.

Great labels but we get most of our labels from a different company now as I cant get the aa labels templates to match with my simple software.
