“Impression et étiquette de qualité mais depuis le brexit pour la livraison c'est la cata. Demain ça fera une semaine que le colis est expédié et d'après le suivi il est toujours en Angleterre. Bref je commanderai plus, faire du commerce quand en dehors de l'UE, trop compliqué.”

The material you ordered was out of stock and an alternate material was offered after the order being placed but we couldn’t proceed due to lack of response and had to proceed with the original material once it was back in stock after a month . We strive to provide exceptional quality service and product for our customer satisfaction as we take this factor very seriously. This material has a satin white finish as mentioned on our website, which may not appear as bright as the Matt White labels you generally order. We understand this might have impacted your satisfaction with the product. After contacting you, it was apparent that the order was placed with the incorrect quantity resulting in a higher price than usual as you did not benefit from a volumetric discount. “Ok but one of the colours has come through with 42 labels per roll which basically makes them useless. Not sure why they wouldn't just put it on 1 roll...”

We have investigated this and can confirm the order was placed with the most cost-effective roll option, ensuring that you would not incur any additional charges. For this specific order, rewinding the labels to put on 1 roll is not advisable, as it will result in six joints on 1 roll, which does not align with our recommended standards. However, if you have any specific requirements in the future, such as requesting a single design on 1 roll, kindly inform our customer care team accordingly, and they will accommodate your request. “Ordered some custom labels due to the odd sized needed for an A5 arch-level file. friendly and helpful enough but they re having to investigate the printing template as it doesn't line up.”

“Print, price & professionism is always good Super long lead times though, if they could fix this they would be twice as busy I often use other company's when a 2 -3 week enquiry to delivery will not suffice”

Taking into account the slight delay of one day in sending the soft proof, we took immediate action to speed up the process and sent out the order within our promised lead time. To ensure we uphold our commitment, we arranged for next-day delivery. Additionally, our agent had also communicated to you via email that the delivery would take 10 working days due to it being an embellishment order which is a longer process as we have to order a plate from our suppliers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, and we are working on how we can improve our lead times on embellishment orders going forward.

“Experience wasn't great. I was looking for some metallic finish labels with a matching wax ribbon. I found the labels easily enough, although the search facility on the site isn't as good or consistent as it could be. I couldn't find the wax ribbon anywere. Posted a question on the chat which promised a fast response. No response after an hour. I found the wax ribbon elsewhere, so ordered that from the other supplier and the labels rolls from AA Labels, all for next day delivery. The order was placed with more than 2 hours to go before the order cutoff time, and I paid £6.50 for Next Day delivery. Wax rolls arrived next day from the other supplier, but no labels from AA. Checked the site, found a reply had been posted to my question that morning (about 18 hours after my original request). When I tried to look at the reply, the web page refeshed and the reply was discarded because the chat was too old. The labels actually _shipped_ later that day, and arrived the following day. No refund given for shipping, although they knew they shipped a day late. The labels themselves are great, but the ordering process and web site could be significantly improved. I'll use them again, but only if I can't find the labels elsewhere, and won't bother paying for faster delivery.”

Thank you for this frank, but fair review of your customer experience Roger, for which we apologise. We do not provide thermal-printer consumables, other than label rolls and we are at a loss to understand how members of our customer care missed the live-chat, particularly as we can find no record of it in the system logs. We have investigated and understand why your labels were not shipped the same-day, as they should have been and we have no intention of retaining the delivey charge for next-day delivery when we did not provide this service. Please speak with a member of our customer care tea when convenient for you. We fulfill hundreds of orders a day and generally our review rating ar higher than the industry average and hope to demonstrate this when you next need to torder labels. We are also constantly reviewing the website and customer journey to improve teh experience and will certainely take your comments into consideration. Thank you for this first order and we look forward to the opportunity of changing your opnion of us with the delivery of the next one.
