“Ordered a Janome 9300DX overlocker at 3.09pm on a Wednesday, and answered the door to it at 9.30am the next day. They're in Cornwall, I'm in London. Arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted - thanks to their advice and guidance on the website & YouTube. If I could award six stars, I would. THANK YOU!! :D”

“Ordered a selection of fat quarters from The Sewing Studio, arrived quickly, beautifully folded and well packed, unfortunately one was missed off and a duplicate of another supplied. Contacted them via email, quick response received. Fat quarter duly posted out and told to keep the duplicate as an apology for their mistake. Cannot fault them will definitely use them again!”

“I was looking for a sewing machine to do free motion embroidery on. I found the website really useful to see which machines were available and YouTubevideos helpful too. The staff were really friendly and knowledgable in helping me narrow down the machines in my budget. I had lots of support and time to try them out. We tried different embroidery feet options and nothing was too much trouble to support me with my choice of machine and essential accessories. Really happy with my machine and the custermor service. Great place to shop.”
