Ordered a Janome 9300DX overlocker at 3.09pm on a Wednesday, and answered the door to it at 9.30am the next day. They're in Cornwall, I'm in London. Arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I wanted - thanks to their advice and guidance on the website & YouTube.
