“I was very impressed with the speed with which I received my Brother Innov-is V5 sewing machine despite DHL delivering at least two hours before their estimated time, leaving it outside our front door and claiming it had been accepted by us. My husband was in the garage and I was two doors away but the driver didn't even go to the back garden where the patio door was open. Thankfully we live in a very nice area and, to be fair, a single person would have struggled to lift the very heavy box. I have had a look at the machine and can't wait to try it but it's for my birthday which is another two weeks away.”

“I've visited The Sewing Studio many, many times. I'm lucky that it's (almost) on my doorstep in Cornwall. My current project is a quilt I'm making for my daughter to take to university in a couple of weeks. I haven't much time so I'm following Katrina's wonderful Picnic in the Park tutorial to guide me. It's a pattern I've used before so I know it will look good. I'm using a beautiful Ruby Star layer cake and Moda Grunge in cream. The fabric is gorgeous, and all the colours Izzy loves, it will be nice for her to have a quilt to snuggle under when she's hundreds of miles away, a little piece of home until she's back again 😊”

“Bought material after seeing your advert on Facebook. Although it was priced at 1/2 metre lengths I was surprised that on ordering a metre it was not one length although this will not cause me any problem. For future orders is there a way to order material that comes in full metre?”
