“Bought material after seeing your advert on Facebook. Although it was priced at 1/2 metre lengths I was surprised that on ordering a metre it was not one length although this will not cause me any problem. For future orders is there a way to order material that comes in full metre?”

“Ordered a Janome sewing machine which I needed urgently. Delivery company told me it would be delayed. However, the lovely staff in Customer services got onto it quickly and the problem was resolved inside an hour. It is a long time since I have received such excellent service and I would highly recommend this company. I will be going to their site first for all my future needs. Just the best and thank you!”

“Product not as described on the website The fabric was described as "Linen Blend" in the headline. In the product description it was cotton linen blend. However when I looked at the fabric it is clearly marked as 100% cotton on the selvage. I like the fabric and it seems good quality, but is not what I ordered.”

Hello, I have been looking into this for you and can confrim that the fabric you have received is Moda code 48740 12L which is a blend of 30% Linen and 70% cotton. They also produced this range in 100% cotton and believe they used the artwork from the cotton on the linen blend in error. I have an image I can share with you to confirm this but am unable to attach it to this reply, if you would like to contact us at sales@thesewingstudio.co.uk, I can send you the image to give you some reassurance it is a linen blend. “I can't thank the ladies enough. I managed a ' stealth' visit to the shop whilst on holiday, and hubby was fishing! I bought some charm squares, but realised I needed more. So as not to alert hubby, I rans shop and ordered more! As I was still on holiday, they deferred posting till I got home, package arrived promptly. Thankyou for a fab service. Until next time!”

“I was disappointed with the delivery time - I admit this was mostly my own fault because I didn't really read the information. In my defence, I'm retired and don't always notice "next day" is a Saturday. But I wanted this machine quite urgently and although I could have just ordered it from Amazon, I wanted to do more to support small business. What that meant was that instead of receiving it on the next day, I had to wait four days. I was so disappointed.”
