“I bought a Janome Sewing machine from the Sewing Studio and couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. I was given plenty of time to ask questions and given really helpful, honest and appropriate advice for my needs. I went home to think about the two that I was considering and returned the following day having decided which one to buy. I felt no pressure or obligation to buy, but I wanted to spend my money with them rather than online from a big company. Do not hesitate to support this wonderful business.”

“The sewing Studio provides an excellent online shop as I don't have a local shop , I would love to visit one day , the service is excellent my fabric was cut well , packaged with care and fast delivery, I always look forward to seeing what the weekly deal is as I love a good deal, I highly recommend this shop”

“I opted to purchase my new machine from.The Sewing Studio as their videos were very informative about the model that I had shortlisted. Having made my decision, I placed my order and almost by return received notification that my new machine would be delivered the next day. The cost of the new machine was part of the Bernina deals for March and was. Therefore, within my budget price and only £200 more than I was going to pay for a secondhand hand machine of inferior specification and I would benefit from the 7 year warranty too! I have yet to fully test the machine, but feel confident if I had an issue The Sewing Studio would be ready to assist.”

“This review is only on the videos that are produced by the sewing studio. I have been watching them I believe since they started. I absolutely love both of the ladies. I have learned so much from them. Would highly recommend watching their videos. As I live in Canada, I cannot shop at their store.”

“I ordered a gift card for mothers day to be sent to my mums email and it failed to arrive due to a technical issue. The Sewing Studio were quick to act and happy to sort out the issue and clearly the technical issue was out of their control. From a customer service point of view I found the Sewing Studio 1st class and very helpful”

Hi Tim, As discussed, I have been looking into this for you but have yet to get to the bottom of it. I have placed multiple orders successfully and we have received other customer orders for gift cards, which have been sent and received successfully. Sadly, I am unsure as to why this is isolated to your email addresses. I have now popped a physical gift card in the post to your nominated address. “An amazing shop. It's an Aladdin's cave for sewers, quilters, embroiderers and anyone who loves fabric stuff! Friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I contacted the shop initially by phone and managed to visit the shop 3 months later. I bought a Brother innovis f560. I'm still learning how to use it, but so far it's a dream. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you to everyone at The Sewing Studio.”
