“I was impressed by the speed of a returned phone call when I had a problem with my order, which it turned out was simply a technical hitch. The free sewing thread was an added bonus. Excellent friendly service.”

“I have always been happy with the exeptional help given me by the staff both in person and on the phone. The range of fabrics is very good. My main problem is that as I am disabled I find difficulty in accessing the shop from the car park. Staff help with my walker and I know I can enter from the rear of the shop but this difficult for me. I would be happy to order on line but have found the colour of fabrics misleading. recently I was looking for a cream 60 inch fabric and on screen this looked quite dark and other fabrics I've been sent are far different to the sample on screen. This was not a problem as I had already bought fabricsv from theb range. These are not complaints but hiope the they help you to improve your excelent service.”

“The parcel was sent back to sender according to the tracking. I do not understand the reason why. This is quite frustrating! I am sorry for the inconvenience Do you plan to send it back again?”

“Well set out web site so easy to find frabric etc so makes it quick & easy to place an order. Super quick delivery well packaged so nothing is loose or falling out which has happened to me before not from Sewing Studio. Good selection of fabric by excellent designers & at a good price. Have used you a few times & will continue to do so.”

“I miss understood the description of the cutting method and ordered two. This in fact turned out to be a half metre. So I will not complain but wish it was more cl. earer that fabric is sold by the quarter metre I have bought a sewing machine in the past and was happy with the service at that time. I will not buy fabric from here again”

“Great choice of machines and payment options which is good. Very helpful over the phone. I've dropped one star only because it's extremely difficult to send a sewing machine back if needed. Make sure you do your research and reach out for advice on the type of machine that would best suit your needs (not like me that didn't do this) I ordered a machine that's not suited for my needs and most delivery companies will NOT accept it if you need to send it back..I know this is not the sewing studios fault.”

“Hi, first time shopping with you. Great and speedy service. While I'm delighted with what I chose, in that I can use it on something, although described as red and white, the white is far more cream, therefore not suitable for the client's commission.”

Hi Deborah, many thanks for your review, it's lovely to hear that you are happy with our service. I am sorry to hear of the disappointed with the Moda Red And White Gatherings Fabric Leaf Spray Vanilla fabric. Each fabric collection is named by the collection designer, in this case, the name of the collection is Red and White Gatherings. Each individual fabric in a collection then has a pattern name - Leaf Spray, and then the main colour - Vanilla.
